Ca' Rena is an exclusive home for two, nestled among the rolling hills and mountains of Genoa's hinterland in a small hamlet at 500 meters above sea level. This quiet and peaceful location is just 40 minutes from Genoa city center and the sea, offering a refreshing and relaxing alternative to the bustle of the coast. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning, free parking, Wi-Fi, and a fantastic BBQ area for al fresco dining. No hustle and bustle, just true tranquility.
The house is located in a small, peaceful village, surrounded by nature.
Our village has no direct tourist attractions, but it's an ideal base for exploring Genoa and the Riviera, as well as nearby towns. You'll find the tranquility of an authentic setting, with the nearest services and shops just 2 km away, easily accessible by car. You'll find a pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, gas station, newsstand, bakery, pastry shop, post office, ATM, and a bus stop connecting the valley to Genoa City Center and Busalla, where the train station is located.
A car is recommended for easy travel.
40 minutes from Genoa city center and the Porto Antico.
15-20 minutes from the main inland villages for markets and historic shops.
Easy access to provincial roads for those who enjoy road trips by motorcycle or car.
On the day of your arrival, I will personally welcome you and, after having parked your car, I will accompany you home.
I will ask for your documents in order to process the legal communications required by Italian law.
They will be returned to you immediately.
The entire house is at guests' complete disposal, as well as the outdoor terrace and BBQ area.
Ca'Rena is a place designed for those seeking tranquility. We have chosen not to host children or pets to ensure our guests—whether they are working remotely, hikers, or travelers—an oasis of complete peace, where the only sound is that of nature.
Since the property has both internal and external access stairs, it is not suitable for those with mobility issues.
We hope to share our corner of paradise with people who love and respect the tranquility of the place.
