Description

A comfortable, bright, and welcoming apartment on the third floor with an elevator is available for Bed and Breakfast. It is located just a few meters from the train station, city center, and sea.

The guest room provided is large and bright, with the option of either a double or two single beds, a wardrobe, shelves, and armchairs.

The bathroom, exclusively for guests, is spacious and includes a shower, bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet. It is located next to and outside the guest room.

The dining room, living room, and terrace are shared spaces.

This was a delightful place to stay, filled with light and in a perfect location. Easy to access the town center, railway station and the beaches all within just a few minutes from the apartment. From the train station it is just minutes to many other towns along the coast and so easy to access. Valentina was so helpful and had excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to see. The house is spacious and artfully decorated, and her sweet cat Leo was the perfect morning companion. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back to see Valentina in beautiful Chiavari.

I had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and very refined. The owner Valentina is very nice, welcoming and caring. The location of the house is strategic, very close to the station and convenient for excursions. I went to Monterosso and I arrived in half an hour. It is also very close to the sea and full of both free and equipped beaches. Unfortunately, I only stayed for 5 days, but I will definitely return. I almost forgot, the cat Leo is very nice and independent, he does not cause any trouble.

Three days of relaxation with old friends between Sestri Chiavari and Santa Margherita. At 100 meters from the station, you are in the historic center. Impeccable and comfortable environment! PS the cat is there for your cuddles.

Le Chat is located in Chiavari, easy to travel by train to Genova and also Cinque Terre. The apartment is almost across the street from the train station and walking distance of the historic center. There is a free parking lot about a 10 minute walk away on the port. The B&B is in a nice building with an elevator and it is very clean. The host and Leo the cat welcome you and are kind and friendly! The apartment is decorated nicely with interesting art. The private bathroom is next to the bedroom which has a comfortable standard sized bed. Breakfast is simple with coffee or tea, yoghurt, bread, butter and jam. - Please be aware that the sound of the street is lively with motorcycles and the sound of the train. It is not a quiet area, but a city center. We were aware of this with other reviews we read and came with earplugs, which unfortunately didn't help too much. We recommend staying at Le Chat!

The accommodation is very well located, next to the train station and very close to the city center and the beach. The only downside is that it is next to a busy street and you need to bring earplugs to sleep. Valentina was very kind and made us feel very comfortable.

We had a great time at this B&B. We confirm all the positive comments from other reviews: kindness of the owner, perfect cleanliness, intimate atmosphere, proximity to the station and the center, small terrace. We weren't particularly bothered by the traffic noise that is actually there but not very invasive. The breakfast reflects the presentation on the website, as do all the other information provided. I had a great time at this B&B Le Chat. The very kind owner Valentina will welcome you along with her wonderful cat Leo. The breakfast is excellent (note that I stayed in a B&B where it was not included). Excellent value for money. The bathroom is outside the room, but for exclusive use and well-equipped. The building is located on a main road. I recommend using earplugs for those more sensitive to noise. I would definitely come back. Thank you very much Valentina.

We stayed in this splendid apartment managed by a very kind and helpful host and her lovely and cuddly cat. The location is very advantageous, super close to the train station yet not bothersome in terms of noise, just a few minutes from the seafront and the historic center of Chiavari. The advice given on where to eat and buy typical products was essential. For those like us coming from Milan and wanting to enjoy some relaxation in the Ligurian Sea, this is the place for you!

Valentina is quickly and easily reachable. The room and the house smell of art, as well as the sea. Excellent location near the station and the sea itself, on one of the most historic and important streets in Chiavari. The little terrace allows for a great break.
