The B&B, a true oasis of tranquility and silence, is set within a fully renovated villa from the early 1900s, equipped with all modern comforts. The property is enclosed by visible stone walls and surrounded by a spacious, well-maintained garden that includes a parking area reserved for guests. It features two large rooms, each with a TV and private bathroom. Guests have access to internet connectivity (WIFI) and satellite television.

A continental breakfast (croissants, coffee, milk, cappuccino, fruit juice, toast, cereals, jams, etc.) can be served in a spacious indoor dining area or in the garden, where guests can enjoy a stunning view of the Ligurian Apennines and the sea.

The structure is very beautiful, furnished with taste, cared for with love, very clean, and above all the managers Rosalba and Angelo are extremely kind and helpful, they welcomed us with sympathy and a nice coffee ice cream. It is certainly recommended.

The B&B I Tre Pini is located in a beautiful position. The garden is very well maintained and can be used. The rooms are comfortable and the whole house, being over a hundred years old, exudes a particular atmosphere. The owners welcomed us very kindly and responded to any of our requests. In particular, they went out of their way to book the nearby restaurant, allowing us to eat even though we arrived a bit late in the evening. The place deserved at least one more night, but we already had other plans.

The welcome offered by the owners is high, I would dare to say, without offense, 'not very Ligurian'. Maximum availability to make guests feel at ease. We stayed one night but it was like being at our own home. Difficulties with the restaurant? No problem, the owner took care of making the restaurant all for us. Excellent breakfast! Absolutely recommended for those who love Bed and Breakfasts.

The B&B I Tre Pini is located in an ideal position for trekking enthusiasts, but also for those who love the sea, there is the possibility to choose among different locations, driving at least 30 minutes by car. The property is perfectly managed by the family living there. It offers very clean, comfortable rooms that, due to the particularly favorable location of the B&B, offer spectacular 360° views. The evening and nighttime silence allows for a truly restorative rest. The managers are very helpful in providing information on getting around the area and ready to meet the needs of the guests.

Absolutely strategic place for those traveling the Via Del Sale. Pleasantly smiling and hospitable (but discreet!) hosts. Elegant atmosphere both inside and outside. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Exceptional panorama, if you are lucky with the weather, in short, a decidedly positive experience!
