Quite simply, I'm a woman who works in an office and independently manages this house, which used to belong to my grandparents..

I have two daughters, aged 26 and 24.

I'm always available if you need help choosing a restaurant, where to go shopping..basically, I'm always here.

Area Via Veneto
The neighborhood (Boncompagni/Ludovisi) is very central and beautiful, with elegant old buildings, tree-lined streets, squares, charming shops, and quality Italian and international restaurants. It is also very close to museums, international exhibition sites, theaters, and the city's most famous bars.

The numerous tram lines, two metro lines (A and B), and the Central Station (Termini Station) are all within a 5-minute walk. Airport shuttles and almost all surface transport services depart from here.

Buses directly outside the house run to St. Peter's (the 62 to Via XX Settembre and the 63 to Via Boncompagni), as well as to the entire city center, which is also within walking distance (just consider that Piazza di Spagna and the Trevi Fountain are only 1, 400 meters away).

Other highlights

Availability of bank branches, a major shopping center (La Rinascente), international bookstores (Feltrinelli), restaurants for all tastes, pizzerias, and ice cream parlors. Buses also run to the most important shopping centers in Rome and Italy (Porte di Roma can be reached with the 38). A private parking lot (pay by the hour) is available for cars.
