Description

We are near to sea (only 1. 5Km), in front of "Lake of Caprolace" in the Circeo National Park Sabaudia.

The spacious double rooms, tastefully decorated and furnished to the smallest details are equipped with TV, fridge, hairdryer, private bathroom, balcony and private entrance from the garden.

The location is also strategic for hiking (with our mountain bikes) in some of the most charming places of central Italy, both in terms of natural and historical and archaeological.

We stayed at this beautiful Bed and Breakfast surrounded by nature, the rooms were clean, spacious, tastefully furnished, and equipped with all the comforts. The Bed and Breakfast is close to both the sea and Sabaudia, but at the same time, it is in a secluded position facing the lake, which allows you to enjoy peace and tranquility in a naturalistic setting. Sonia and her husband, who manage the Bed and Breakfast, are very kind, hospitable, and attentive to the needs of their guests. Rich breakfast with delicious homemade pastries by Sonia. We recommend it to everyone and hope to return soon.

The property is just outside the town of Sabaudia, so for any need you have to move by car. However, it is a very short distance from the beach and its location on Lake Caprolace gives it an exceptional panoramic and naturalistic setting. In addition, the property provides guests with a pass to park on the promenade or alternatively bicycles to reach the nearest beach resorts, just over 2 km away. On the first day we went to the beach by car, but finding a free parking spot was a heroic feat, so from the next day we took the bikes. As for our room, I must say it was really beautiful, spacious and well-kept. We had air conditioning, a fridge, a television, towels, and a wardrobe. Very comfortable double mattress. The bathroom was also very large and the cleanliness was truly excellent. Very abundant breakfast. Sweet and savory, fruit juices and jams, croissants, homemade cake every morning, and fresh fruit. We had a great time. Sonia proved to be a perfect host. Kind and helpful, I thank her again because on the day of our arrival we had a problem with the car and we arrived at the property at 10 pm, and despite that she was uniquely courteous and welcomed us without any problems. If we are in the area again, we will definitely return. Recommended property.

We had a great time. The place is spectacular. The owner is a very kind person who lovingly takes care of every detail. Her homemade cake breakfast is a real treat, just like her garden: a true oasis. The room we had available has another small room inside with two single beds, perfect for the four of us. Plus, we were able to bring our little cat with us.

Fantastic structure, with children's play area, football field, bicycles (great for reaching the beach), and clothesline available for all rooms. The rooms are large and spacious with air conditioning available. The place is very quiet and just a few minutes (by car) from the beaches and the center of Sabaudia. The breakfast was great with freshly baked cake available every morning, plus jams, croissants, and various juices.

A beautiful place to stay at Oasi Caprolace, surrounded by greenery and silence. In a few minutes, you can reach the dunes of Sabaudia thanks to the bicycle service offered by the property. Very cozy, clean, and quiet rooms and a wonderful garden where you can enjoy complete relaxation. The friendly and helpful owner welcomed us and treated us like family. Highly recommended.

Siamo stati in questo B&B la seconda settimana di Luglio. Struttura bellissima con giardino, immersa nel verde, di fronte il lago di Caprolace. Il mare (spiaggia libera e lidi) è a 5 minuti di macchina ed è raggiungibile sia in bici che in auto o navetta (consigliata nei fine settimana). Sabaudia o San Felice sono a 15 minuti di auto e nei dintorni ci sono agriturismi e pizzerie dove pranzare o cenare e volendo mangiare in riva al mare anche i lidi sono attrezzati come piccoli ristoranti. Un'ultima nota di merito va ai proprietari, persone squisite e sempre disponibili: la mattina è sempre bello trovare persone sorridenti e una colazione così ricca e di qualità. PS: attenti a non correre in auto e a rispettare i limiti in quanto capita di incontrare anche di notte persone in bici, cervi e volpi.

È il secondo anno che torniamo in questa struttura per qualche giorno. Il posto è molto carino ed accogliente. Vicino al mare, con la possibilità di utilizzare le biciclette gratuite, ti permette di trascorrere qualche giorno in vero relax. Adatto anche ai bimbi, con la possibilità di usare la cucina in comune (Assolutamente comoda per chi come noi ha bimbi piccoli.) I proprietari sono molto gentili e vicini alle richieste dei clienti. Insomma un posto perfetto dove torneremo sicuramente.

Molto carino e accogliente, cordialità, pulizia. Nel complesso 8. Se fosse stato a piedi dal mare sarebbe il top. Con i bimbi piccoli sei costretto ad andare in macchina.

Personale molto cordiale e sempre disponibile struttura molto curata esternamente, camere accoglienti e ben curate con tutti i confort che un B&B deve avere. Ottima colazione al mattino ricca e con specialità fatte in casa. Parcheggio auto privato all'interno della struttura. Consigliata.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene presso l'oasi Caprolace, gestita dalla disponibilissima Sonia. La struttura si trova immersa nel verde, sulle rive del lago salmastro di Caprolace, circondata da un delizioso giardino, molto curato. La stupenda spiaggia è raggiungibile in un quarto d'ora anche con le biciclette, a disposizione degli ospiti. La camera è ampia, essenziale nell'arredo e molto pulita. Forse il bagno andrebbe rimodernato, ma è comunque spazioso. Buonissima la colazione, con dolce e salato e soprattutto le squisite torte di Sonia. È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole!

Sonia, "Gestore" è veramente una persona squisita anche se siamo stati poco e per la prima volta nel suo B&B ci ha accolti e ci ha trattati come persone facenti parti della sua casa. Il posto merita veramente il nome che ha! ciao Sonia. Giuseppe, Filo e il piccolo Filippo.

Soggiornato per una settimana ad agosto, la proprietaria Sonia è stata gentilissima e cordiale, camera molto grande e pulita. Colazione strepitosa, torte fresche tutti i giorni e in più vicinissimo al mare. Ottimo luogo per chi vuole rilassarsi.
