Description

We are near to sea (only 1. 5Km), in front of "Lake of Caprolace" in the Circeo National Park Sabaudia.

The spacious double rooms, tastefully decorated and furnished to the smallest details are equipped with TV, fridge, hairdryer, private bathroom, balcony and private entrance from the garden.

The location is also strategic for hiking (with our mountain bikes) in some of the most charming places of central Italy, both in terms of natural and historical and archaeological.

The Bed and Breakfast is close to both the sea and Sabaudia, but at the same time, it is in a secluded position facing the lake, which allows you to enjoy peace and tranquility in a naturalistic setting. Sonia and her husband, who manage the Bed and Breakfast, are very kind, hospitable, and attentive to the needs of their guests. Rich breakfast with delicious homemade pastries by Sonia. The property is just outside the town of Sabaudia, so for any need you have to move by car. However, it is a very short distance from the beach and its location on Lake Caprolace gives it an exceptional panoramic and naturalistic setting. In addition, the property provides guests with a pass to park on the promenade or alternatively bicycles to reach the nearest beach resorts, just over 2 km away. On the first day we went to the beach by car, but finding a free parking spot was a heroic feat, so from the next day we took the bikes. As for our room, I must say it was really beautiful, spacious and well-kept. We had air conditioning, a fridge, a television, towels, and a wardrobe. Very comfortable double mattress. The bathroom was also very large and the cleanliness was truly excellent. Very abundant breakfast. Sweet and savory, fruit juices and jams, croissants, homemade cake every morning, and fresh fruit. We had a great time. Sonia proved to be a perfect host. Kind and helpful, I thank her again because on the day of our arrival we had a problem with the car and we arrived at the property at 10 pm, and despite that she was uniquely courteous and welcomed us without any problems. If we are in the area again, we will definitely return. Recommended property.

We had a great time. The place is spectacular. The owner is a very kind person who lovingly takes care of every detail. Her homemade cake breakfast is a real treat, just like her garden: a true oasis. The room we had available has another small room inside with two single beds, perfect for the four of us. Plus, we were able to bring our little cat with us.

Fantastic structure, with children's play area, football field, bicycles (great for reaching the beach), and clothesline available for all rooms. The rooms are large and spacious with air conditioning available. The place is very quiet and just a few minutes (by car) from the beaches and the center of Sabaudia. The breakfast was great with freshly baked cake available every morning, plus jams, croissants, and various juices.

A beautiful place to stay at Oasi Caprolace, surrounded by greenery and silence. In a few minutes, you can reach the dunes of Sabaudia thanks to the bicycle service offered by the property. Very cozy, clean, and quiet rooms and a wonderful garden where you can enjoy complete relaxation. The friendly and helpful owner welcomed us and treated us like family. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this Bed & Breakfast the second week of July. Beautiful structure with a garden, immersed in greenery, facing Lake Caprolace. The sea (free beach and beach resorts) is a 5-minute drive away and can be reached by bike or car or shuttle (recommended on weekends). Sabaudia or San Felice are a 15-minute drive away and in the surroundings there are farmhouses and pizzerias where you can have lunch or dinner, and if you want to eat by the sea, even the beach resorts are equipped as small restaurants. A final note of merit goes to the owners, lovely and always available people: it's always nice to find smiling people in the morning and such a rich and quality breakfast.

It's the second year we come back to this property for a few days. The place is very nice and cozy. Close to the sea, with the possibility to use the free bicycles, it allows you to spend a few days in true relaxation. Also suitable for children, with the possibility to use the shared kitchen (Absolutely convenient for those like us with small children). The owners are very kind and attentive to customers' requests. In short, a perfect place where we will definitely return.

Very friendly and always helpful staff, externally well-kept structure, cozy and well-maintained rooms with all the comforts that a Bed and Breakfast should have. Excellent breakfast in the morning, rich and with homemade specialties. Private car parking inside the structure. Recommended.

We had a great time at the Oasi Caprolace, managed by the very helpful Sonia. The structure is surrounded by greenery, on the shores of the brackish lake of Caprolace, surrounded by a delightful, well-kept garden. The beautiful beach can be reached in fifteen minutes, even with bicycles available to guests. The room is spacious, essential in furnishings, and very clean. Perhaps the bathroom could be modernized, but it is still spacious. The breakfast is excellent, with sweet and savory options, and especially Sonia's exquisite cakes. It was a very pleasant stay!
