Located just a short walk from Via Veneto, famous for Fellini's film "La Dolce Vita," our Guest House provides six elegantly furnished rooms, each equipped with secure electronic access via coded cards. Guests can also take advantage of a private area where, upon request, they can unwind in a spacious hot tub featuring soothing light effects for relaxation.

The rooms come with: secure electronic access, customizable lighting for personalized relaxation, air conditioning, Smart LED TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries, a safe, minibar, and a Welcome Kit that includes coffee, tea, and espresso. All these amenities are included in the room rate. Cribs for infants are available upon request.

The property has been designed with a strong emphasis on eco-sustainability, utilizing advanced technologies and materials. Today, Via Veneto appears more understated than it did during the vibrant 1950s, but its historic cafés and many shops that contributed to the avenue's fame, known as Rome's "Fifth Avenue," still thrive, alongside a variety of restaurants.

By crossing Via Veneto and utilizing a convenient network of pedestrian underpasses, you can easily reach Piazza di Spagna and admire the stunning 18th-century staircase of Trinità dei Monti. From this point, all the key attractions are within a short distance: Piazza del Popolo and the famous Tridente; the stylish Via Condotti, known for its high-end boutiques; and the iconic Trevi Fountain, which is a must-see. Continuing beyond Via del Corso, you'll find Piazza della Rotonda with its magnificent Pantheon dome and the charming Piazza Navona, featuring the Fountain of the Four Rivers. As you head towards the Tiber, you can visit Castel Sant’Angelo and St. Peter's Basilica, a symbol of Rome and Christianity.
