Alice Corner at Borgo is situated in the heart of Borgo Pio, one of the most genuine and captivating streets in Rome, cherished by both tourists and locals for its vibrant atmosphere steeped in history. The apartment welcomes guests into functional and well-organized spaces, featuring a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, two bathrooms with showers, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it perfect for a comfortable stay, whether short or extended.

Its location is one of its greatest assets. In just a three-minute walk, you can reach St. Peter's Basilica, while the Ottaviano-San Pietro metro station is about ten minutes away, providing quick connections to Termini Station, the Spanish Steps, and the Colosseum. Some of the city's most iconic attractions, such as Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and the Trevi Fountain, are also easily accessible via a pleasant stroll along the Tiber, offering the chance to experience Rome at a leisurely and authentic pace.

Alice Vatican Apartments are a 5-minute walk from Ottaviano Metro Station, on line A. Roma Termini Train Station, Spanish Steps and Trinità dei Monti and Piazza Barberini are on the same line. Piazza Navona, Panthèon, Trevi Fountain and Piazza Venezia are a short walk away, just across the river.

We loved the stay at Alice Vatican Apartments, we were very comfortable, the room is spacious and well equipped. It is well located, practically at the entrance of the Vatican, and its hostess Alice is charming and always willing to help us with everything we need. I definitely recommend it!

Very comfortable and well-priced accommodation near the Vatican. Excellent communication with the host who provided good quality and useful information on the property and transport options prior to our arrival. The location is easily accessible by public transport. Check-in can be done in person or remotely as needed (useful for our second stay). The room was tastefully furnished and spacious. Breakfast is not included, but a lovely welcome basket of snacks was provided, which is much appreciated after a long flight. Coffee and tea are also provided with access to a kitchen area. The only thing that could be improved, if possible, is for the bedroom door to be made more soundproof/sealed. The setup is 3 bedrooms leading into a communal area and noise carries from other guests. This is not a big issue! The bed was mostly comfortable although the mattress is on the soft side, so it depends on one's preference. I would definitely stay again if I return to Rome.

Excellent location and maximum availability of Alice Vatican Apartments. Recommended for 2 people, in 4 it's tight and the sofa bed is uncomfortable. Ideal for two, maximum three people. Clean and well soundproofed apartment. There is no possibility to leave luggage, so additional cost to bear. Overall positive experience.

The location is easily accessible and is very close to a lot of the tourist sites and Ottaviano station. Alice made sure that our needs are met as they arose. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for something close to the Vatican, Casa Navona, etc.

Very beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated, in a fabulous location, just outside the walls of the Vatican! Convenient for grocery stores, pharmacy, and close to the metro. Very kind owner, helpful and always ready to respond. Breakfast was not included, but we found a generous welcome basket. We had a great time, I recommend it!

Apartment located a stone's throw from the Vatican (Borgo Pio) and about 500 meters from the metro stop (Ottaviano). Being centrally located and on the first floor, the noises of passers-by are present, but if they bother you, you can always close the windows (thick glass) and enjoy the air conditioning. Fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms with very large showers. Careful cleaning, availability and courtesy. Highly recommend.

Great location, practically inside the Vatican, convenient to visit any monument you want, either on foot or by metro, you look out the window and see the colonnade of St. Peter's Square at 5-6 meters. The landlady is very kind and caring in everything, truly a beautiful apartment, complete with everything, I would go back tomorrow.

Optimal location, room with a view of the dome of St. Peter's Basilica, spacious, hospitable and well-kept rooms. All accompanied by a very accurate cleaning and attention to the smallest details. The kitchenette also has everything you need if you want to cook. Alice is a very kind and helpful person with guests. Surely if I were to return to Rome I would choose her B&B.
