For motor racing enthusiasts or professionals the house is also very close to the Vallelunga racing circuit. The villa offers a B&B service with stays in rooms with en-suite bathrooms or alternatively rental of the entire first-floor apartment, with its own separate entrance. The flat has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a small living room and a well-equipped kitchen/dining room.
Rental of the entire flat includes the exclusive use of a large part of the garden and the salt-water pool, available from June to September. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, a wood-burning stove, coffee pot, kettle and toaster etc.
