The spacious and bright rooms provide maximum comfort for an enjoyable stay. The living room, measuring 32 square meters, features a well-equipped kitchenette, and the bathroom is equipped with a convenient shower along with shampoo and body wash dispensers provided by the property. A small hallway separates the sleeping area, which consists of a master bedroom and a room with two single beds; the latter includes a desk ideal for working on a laptop. The property also boasts a balcony with double access.

The apartment has been recently renovated and is equipped with Samsung WindFree EVO inverter air conditioners with heat pump functionality in every room, electric shutters, central heating, and NUKI electronic devices for remote check-in and check-out. For relaxation, the living room includes a 43-inch Hisense 4K Smart TV with access to Netflix and Prime Video, while the master bedroom features a 32-inch Full HD LG Smart TV with the same services.
