The rooms of the B&B Rolu, furnished in a simple and comfortable manner, have independent entrances and high-speed Wi-Fi connection through fiber optic. Each room has air conditioning, TV, air conditioning, and autonomous heating, ensuring a pleasant stay in any season. Guests will also find a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, courtesy kit, and clean sheets and towels.

The wonderful B&B RoLù is located in the northern area of Rome, specifically in Prima Porta - Labaro, surrounded by the greenery of Vejo Park. Its strategic location makes it easily accessible via the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA) and is only a few minutes away from Sant'Andrea Hospital (La Sapienza University) and the new Rai Saxa Rubra center. Furthermore, it is close to the Porta di Roma Shopping Center and is only a 15/20-minute drive from important places of interest such as the Salvo d'Acquisto Carabinieri Barracks, the Penitentiary School of Rome, the Auditorium Parco della Musica, the Grand Theater, Ponte Milvio, the New Music Bridge, the Olympic Stadium, the Foro Italico, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Farnesina).

B&B RoLù offers convenient access to the center of the eternal city and the main airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino. Just 10 minutes away, you will find the stops for the Flaminio/Montebello urban lines, from where you can reach Piazza del Popolo in just 15 minutes.
