Description
Welcome to the world of Bed & Breakfast! Our adventure began back in 1999, when we decided to share our home that we had built in 1991 with others. In 2001, we constructed a new structure dedicated entirely to hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive the best services possible.

Franca, with years of experience in the hotel industry and a professional diploma as a Hotel Housekeeper, is the driving force behind our business. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, nothing is left to chance at the B&B "Al Laghetto," and every guest is warmly welcomed with kindness and hospitality.

One of the strengths of our location is that it is situated near Rome, but not only that. The house is located near the villa dei Volusi, inside the archaeological area of Lucus Feroniae. In addition to visiting the Capital, there are many other interesting excursions such as the Abbey of Farfa, the town of Calcata, the hills of Sabina, and more. Moreover, for those who need to work during their stay, we are only 500 meters from the Fiano Romano industrial area, where there are no polluting industries, but only warehouses used for storing goods to be delivered to Rome and Southern Italy.

Finally, for all those traveling from North to South, our structure is just a few hundred meters from the Roma Nord Fiano Romano motorway exit, making it ideal for a refreshing stopover before visiting the Capital. Come and discover the charm of the B&B "Al Laghetto!"

After having gained extensive experience as an employee in 4/5-star hotels all over Italy, both in the restaurant and on the floors as a housekeeper, she decided to manage a small B&B on her own. The structure is beautiful, charming, and comfortable; it is in an ideal position to reach the nearest train station in 5 minutes by car and get to Rome, thus avoiding the inconveniences of city traffic. Antonio and Franca, the owners of Al Laghetto B&B, are fantastic: hospitable, friendly, helpful, nice, and sociable, it is a pleasure to be in their company! Finally, we cannot fail to mention the good and genuine breakfasts prepared with love by Franca. We recommend this structure.

Sono spesso in questo B&B per motivi di lavoro e posso solo fare i miei complimenti a Franca e Antonio per la gestione perfetta della struttura. Grande disponibilità a venire incontro a tutte le esigenze (per esempio io faccio una colazione di tipo "vegano" e ho sempre trovato ciò che cercavo), pulizia ineccepibile, parcheggio interno, posto incantevole. Consigliatissimo a tutti.

Frequento questo Bed&Breakfast già da qualche anno e chiamarlo cosi ormai mi suona strano e riduttivo, infatti per me è più una casa dal calore famigliare ed a Franca e Antonio vanno il mio affetto e simpatia più sinceri. La Casa costruita in mezzo ad un uliveto domina la collina, Le stanze sempre pulite e ordinate sono spaziose e arredate con gusto, la colazione è sempre ottima e abbondante, a me piace in particolare il cappuccino della Franca che spesso esce con la schiuma bianca che disegna un cuore il cuore delle cose fatte per bene e con amore. Grazie Franca.

Abbiamo scoperto questo grazioso B&B per caso 2 anni fa in occasione di un matrimonio di un parente a Fiano Romano. Questo angolo di pace e tranquillità insieme alla calorosa e simpatica accoglienza della signora Franca e di suo marito (impeccabili!) hanno fatto sentire talmente bene la nostra famiglia che da allora ogni anno troviamo una scusa per tornarci. Provare per credere!

Dopo una lunga giornata lavorativa apprezzo molto l'infinita gentilezza e pazienza con cui Franca accoglie i clienti, dando una nota familiare e personalizzata al soggiorno. Molto silenzioso e pacifico atmosfera e accoglienza eccellenti. Colazione ottima, varia a seconda delle esigenze del cliente.

Alloggio spesso per motivi di lavoro presso questa struttura dal Luglio 2007. A 2 passi dal casello uscita Roma Nord sono a 270 mt d'altezza immerso nel verde degli ulivi della Sabina. La Signora Franca mi ha sempre accolto con affetto e familiarità e oltre a garantire pulizia e professionalità ho gradualmente ospitato diversi miei collaboratori europei che con piacere sono tornati poi con le famiglie anche per piacere.

Bellissimo posto, una bella casa su tre livelli immersa nel verde in posizione panoramica, circondata da ulivi e da un meraviglioso roseto fiorito in questo periodo di maggio, si respira un aria molto fine collinare che ti rimette in salubrità il corpo e la mente. Le camere sono confortevoli e si dorme come i ghiri e poi arriva la colazione a darti l'energia, la prepara Franca ed è buonissima. Lei è una persona speciale che coccola i suoi ospiti, venite a rilassarvi qui, non ve ne pentirete.

Ciao, devo dire che dormo sovente nella struttura del B&B "Al Laghetto" e devo dire che mi trovo come a casa e per chi sovente è in viaggio per lavoro non cè cosa più belle che trovare una struttura dove ti senti come a casa, veramente da consigliare.
