Description

Welcome to the world of Bed & Breakfast! Our adventure began back in 1999, when we decided to share our home that we had built in 1991 with others. In 2001, we constructed a new structure dedicated entirely to hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive the best services possible.

Franca, with years of experience in the hotel industry and a professional diploma as a Hotel Housekeeper, is the driving force behind our business. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, nothing is left to chance at the B&B "Al Laghetto," and every guest is warmly welcomed with kindness and hospitality.

One of the strengths of our location is that it is situated near Rome, but not only that. The house is located near the villa dei Volusi, inside the archaeological area of Lucus Feroniae. In addition to visiting the Capital, there are many other interesting excursions such as the Abbey of Farfa, the town of Calcata, the hills of Sabina, and more. Moreover, for those who need to work during their stay, we are only 500 meters from the Fiano Romano industrial area, where there are no polluting industries, but only warehouses used for storing goods to be delivered to Rome and Southern Italy.

Finally, for all those traveling from North to South, our structure is just a few hundred meters from the Roma Nord Fiano Romano motorway exit, making it ideal for a refreshing stopover before visiting the Capital. Come and discover the charm of the B&B "Al Laghetto!"

After having gained extensive experience as an employee in 4/5-star hotels all over Italy, both in the restaurant and on the floors as a housekeeper, she decided to manage a small B&B on her own. What more can I say after giving the highest score to everything? To tell you that here it feels like being at home, that after visiting beautiful sites in this area, it is nice to know that a cozy house awaits you to pamper you. Franca and Antonio will ensure a warm and peaceful stay, just like the place, away from today's chaos, but not too far from necessities and shopping centers. For me, this is the third time I have used it and there will be more to come.

The structure is beautiful, charming, and comfortable; it is in an ideal position to reach the nearest train station in 5 minutes by car and get to Rome, thus avoiding the inconveniences of city traffic. Antonio and Franca, the owners of Al Laghetto B&B, are fantastic: hospitable, friendly, helpful, nice, and sociable, it is a pleasure to be in their company! Finally, we cannot fail to mention the good and genuine breakfasts prepared with love by Franca. We recommend this structure.

I often stay at this B&B for work reasons and I can only compliment Franca and Antonio for the perfect management of the structure. Great availability to meet all needs (for example, I have a "vegan" type breakfast and have always found what I was looking for), impeccable cleanliness, internal parking, enchanting place. Highly recommended to everyone.

I have been frequenting this Bed and Breakfast for a few years now, and calling it that sounds strange and reductive to me. In fact, it is more like a home with a family warmth, and my sincerest affection and sympathy go to Franca and Antonio. The house, built among an olive grove, dominates the hill. The rooms are always clean and tidy, spacious and tastefully furnished. The breakfast is always excellent and abundant. I particularly like Franca's cappuccino, which often comes out with white foam that draws a heart, the heart of things done well and with love. Thank you, Franca.

We discovered this lovely B&B by chance two years ago on the occasion of a relative's wedding in Fiano Romano. This corner of peace and tranquility, along with the warm and friendly welcome from Mrs. Franca and her husband, who are impeccable, made our family feel so good that since then we find an excuse to return every year. I often stay for work reasons at this establishment since July 2007. Just 2 steps from the Roma Nord exit toll booth, I am 270 meters high immersed in the greenery of the olive trees of Sabina. Mrs. Franca has always welcomed me with affection and familiarity and, in addition to ensuring cleanliness and professionalism, I have gradually hosted several of my European collaborators who gladly returned with their families also for pleasure.

Beautiful place, a lovely house on three levels immersed in greenery in a panoramic position, surrounded by olive trees and a wonderful blooming rose garden in this month of May. You breathe in a very fine hillside air that restores the health of both the body and the mind. The rooms are comfortable and you sleep like dormice. Then breakfast arrives to give you energy, which is prepared by Franca and is delicious. She is a special person who pampers her guests. Come and relax here, you will not regret it.
