Welcome to "A step away from St. Peter's, " your delightful and comfortable home in the Eternal City! This recently renovated 55-square-meter apartment in the Bravetta neighborhood has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a pleasant and unforgettable stay.
The apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator) of a small condominium.

Two beds are available, which can be converted into three upon request with the double sofa bed (an additional bed) located in the living room.

The Space
Enter the bright living area, your personal relaxation zone. Relax on the comfortable sofa, which easily converts to a double bed, and enjoy your favorite shows on the 43-inch Smart TV. For those who alternate work and travel, a dedicated desk with Wi-Fi offers a quiet space to be productive.

The living area opens onto a modern, fully equipped kitchenette. You'll find everything you need to prepare your meals, even quickly with the brand-new microwave. For your morning coffee, you'll find a Nespresso machine. If you're craving a herbal tea or hot tea, don't hesitate to use the kettle. There's also a dishwasher for easy cleanup. A dining table for four completes the space.

Across the hallway, the spacious bedroom offers a peaceful retreat. It features a comfortable double bed, a 32-inch Smart TV, and ample storage space with a three-door mirrored wardrobe and a dresser. For your comfort, both the living room and bedroom are equipped with new air conditioning.

The elegant bathroom features a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer, and washing machine. You can also enjoy a breath of fresh air from the private balcony, which extends the entire length of the apartment.

From Termini Station, take a direct bus line or a combination of the metro and bus.
From Rome Fiumicino Airport, take a train and bus combination or a shuttle and bus.

The Neighborhood
The apartment is located in the residential Bravetta neighborhood. You'll find a convenient location, with numerous local amenities, including shops, bars, and restaurants, just steps away, allowing you to experience the city like a local.

There's a supermarket less than 200 meters from the apartment for all your needs.

Getting Around
Getting around is easy, with several bus lines in the immediate vicinity offering direct connections to the city center. The iconic St. Peter's Square is just 5 km away.

For guests arriving by car, we do not have a private parking space, but free street parking is available throughout the neighborhood.
