Description

Two comfortable bedrooms, beds and pillows memory foam, with private bathroom and hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, wardrobe, TV, WiFi, safe, communal dining room and kitchen, balcony and large garden. A short walk from the center of Sabaudia, and 5 minutes from the sea.

In July and August we only book for stays of not less than seven days.

The owner is exquisitely kind. The apartment has been recently renovated with taste and functionality. The mattress surprised me, I would say perfect. You'll find everything you need, including a very practical coffee machine with pods kindly offered by the owner. It is cozy and practical, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Internal parking space and very convenient for unloading. In short, I highly recommend it and if I return to those parts I will definitely choose Sabaudia and Ca' di Olindo.

Teresa is a very nice and caring host. The property is clean, nice rooms with good air conditioning. Modern and well-equipped bathroom. There is also a safe in the room, which is very handy. There is also a balcony with shade in the morning. It is a little narrow but enough to sit outside. The kitchen is for shared use, which was not a problem due to different time usage by the guests. The location is near the heart of the city, only a few minutes' walk. The sea is about 2-2.5 kilometers away. There is also a city bus connecting to the sea. Parking is inside the property.

I enjoyed Sabaudia and 'A Ca' de Olindo' a lot. The room and price were very good for getting to stay at the town. Host was very nice and helped out a lot. Room was nice, clean, tidy, and had good air conditioning.

Structure in a residential and quiet area of Sabaudia less than 10 minutes walk from the center and from the bus stop to the beaches; in the area, within walking distance, there are supermarkets and local places. Parking available; air conditioning and wifi. The owner Teresa is extremely helpful in providing information and documentation about the area, sites to visit, and any activities.

Teresa, the owner, was very kind and friendly and above all helpful since we were one hour late compared to the scheduled check-in time. The apartment is brand new, beautiful finishes, very clean and the breakfast very good. It also has an internal parking inside the gate of the property. Excellent facility, new, charming, and comfortable, just a step away from the center with private parking and a plentiful breakfast. Mrs. Teresa was very friendly with us, also recommending an excellent restaurant, which is in partnership. I highly recommend the facility where I stayed for just a long weekend, but I believe it is also great for a long period.
