Museum Luciana Matalon

The Foundation, located in the historical center of Milan, at Foro Buonaparte 67, only a few hundred meters away from the Duomo and next to the Castello Sforzesco, opposite the “Dal Verme” Theatre, was founded by artist Luciana matalon with the aim of creating an exhibition space which could become an international “crossroad” of new ideas and the occasion for visual, emotive and intellectual enrichment. A space which is not just open to those professionally involved in the Arts but also to neophytes searching for cultural suggestions. A place which is not influenced by tendencies, trends or fashions, but which is the testimony of values, open to the public since November 2000. The area dedicated to the museum guarantees a space-time continuity for Luciana Matalon’s rich artistic production: she is a painter, a sculptress and a jewel designer. The Foundation has a complete archive documenting over forty years of artist’s work in Europe, America and Japan. The Foundation promotes exhibitions, meetings/conferences and initiatives of cultural exchange and relevance on an international level Address: Foro Buonaparte, 67, 20121 Milano Tel: +39 02 878781
