Grappa Museum

POLI GRAPPA MUSEUM - seat of Bassano del Grappa. Founded in 1993 by Jacopo and Cristina Poli in Bassano del Grappa, in front of the famous bridge “Ponte Vecchio” with ?the aim of spreading the Grappa culture and the knowledge of distillation also to those who know little about it. TOUR: Visitors are free to visit the five rooms of the museum where the origins of distillation are featured and where a video shows the artisan distillation of Grappa. Thanks to the “olfactometres”, guests can smell twenty different distillates and finally taste their favourite ones. The visit takes approsimately 40 minutes   The entrance to the Grappa Museum is free whereas there is a fee for the Grappa tasting from 10 people onwards.
