Next to the main bedroom, there is a dedicated children's area furnished with a play zone, an additional single bed of 90x200 cm, and a small desk. This floor also includes a private bathroom reserved exclusively for guests.
In the basement, a cozy dining area has been created where guests can enjoy breakfast or prepare simple and light meals. During the warmer months, guests may opt to dine outdoors, taking advantage of the external spaces and the relaxed atmosphere of the house. A designated smoking area is also provided.
