Al Vecchio Glicine

Our B&B is located in Gabria, a hamlet of Savogna d'Isonzo, a place immersed in nature, in an area rich in historical, architectural and cultural landmarks, in a panoramic and quiet position. "Al Vecchio Glicine" is a welcoming and comfortable structure.

The area in which we are located and the surrounding places offer our guests the opportunity to admire local craftsmanship products, enjoy the view of the places and experience the flavors of the area thanks to various food and wine itineraries, participate in numerous cultural events and unmissable exhibitions, getting lost in museums and exhibition spaces, immersing themselves in the tranquility of lush gardens and beautiful landscapes.

A short distance from our residence, guests will find several monuments and famous places, sports facilities and fitness centers to stay fit even on vacation, the opportunity to walk the various paths of the Karst (Great War routes and others for almost 100 km), practicing "Nordic Walking" or with their own or freely available Mountain Bikes from B&B "Al Vecchio Glicine".

Our structure is the ideal location for families who want to find the comforts of their own home in their places of stay, for meetings and business trips, for a romantic getaway to meet and rediscover each other, for lovers of the silence of nature and tranquility away from the city.

Shared toilets are available to our customers, common entrance for coming back at any time. Our rooms are equipped with a child's bed (on request), mirror and luggage rack, shared minibar in the equipped kitchen, and all rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

There are 2 rooms available, all with shared bathroom. In this period of pandemic, we rent the entire apartment only to a single family unit or groups of friends, therefore if only one room is booked, the second room is not occupied.

Inside the bathroom there are both a shower cubicle and a bathtub which, upon request, with a small extra charge and for personalized stays, can also be transformed, for your well-being, into a Turkish bath/jacuzzi and whirlpool bath. Outside there is a garden equipped with a gazebo with table and chairs, a barbecue (gas or wood), sun loungers always available and with an extra charge and prior request, the possibility of using the outdoor whirlpool bath with heated water and nocturnal chromotherapy.

In the morning we will delight you with our delicious breakfasts.

You will be welcomed and assisted by the managers who can speak Italian, English, Russian, and Slovenian.
