Maria will be happy to show you the lovingly maintained garden and the gazebo under which you can relax when you feel the need. If you have children, let them have fun in the middle of the green with the games that Maria has installed especially for them.

We stayed at this property, my husband, a couple of friends, and I, from August 2nd to 4th. We were welcomed by the owner Mrs. Maria and her German shepherd Argo. The breakfast was excellent, homemade cakes by her, there’s everything and more. We felt very comfortable. I highly recommend it, the property is located far from the main road, so you can definitely relax there.

Very cozy and quiet place with a well-kept external garden just a stone's throw from Mirabilandia. Very good breakfast with homemade cakes by Mrs. Maria, who is very skilled and kind and knows how to make you feel perfectly comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay!

Excellent facility, very clean and tidy. Also, the breakfast is of excellent quality, with handmade cakes and a lot of choice of sweets and even some savory options. It is worth mentioning the complete availability of the manager for breakfast times! There is parking available directly in the courtyard of the facility. Located on a secondary street, perhaps the location is slightly off-center, but in a few minutes, you reach Savio. The rooms are located on the first floor with a flight of stairs: access with strollers and wheelchairs could be complicated. Otherwise, it is absolutely recommended.

Close to Mirabilandia and Cervia, reachable in 10 minutes by car. Ravenna is visitable a little further away. Quiet place among frogs and stars and breakfast with homemade cakes. Mrs. Maria completes everything with kindness and good advice. Thank you.

I stayed for two nights, the choice of Terra, Mare, e... was dictated by the proximity to Mirabilandia but the area remains very peaceful. The hospitality, the friendliness, and the sweetness of the owner make you feel at home.

A thank you from the Zingone Family to Mrs. Maria, who welcomed us into her home where we immediately felt at ease. The place is very close to Mirabilandia, which was the reason for our trip with little Alessandro. The structure is very beautiful, immersed in nature. We stayed two nights in this Bed and Breakfast, well-kept and very clean, the landlady, Mrs. Maria delightful, very helpful and attentive, also advised us on where to eat in the area. The breakfast is superb, all homemade and really excellent. Strategic location to visit the area, very close to Mirabilandia, Cervia, and Milano Marittima.

We travel as a family, with two children aged 8 and 6.\n\nThis is a great place, really quiet, well-kept, well-organized, and spacious. The house is in the countryside but very close to larger towns, 15/20 minutes from the Mirabilandia and Zoo Safari area and also from the salt flats of Cervia and Milano Marittima.\n\nMrs. Maria, who is the owner and manages the entire property herself, is very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests, the breakfast is excellent and homemade.\n\nIt was a pleasant and relaxing stay, also filled with conversations at breakfast with the owner, in front of excellent fresh pastries and homemade jam.\n\nIt is what you would want to find when staying in a B&B, a welcoming and family atmosphere but not intrusive.\n\nWe will definitely come back!

Very quiet place in the greenery, nice rooms equipped with the necessary comforts and cleanliness ok, exquisite welcome and hospitality like the fresh homemade cakes every morning. Excellent value for money.

I stayed at this property with my husband and our two children. Maria is fantastic, helpful, and friendly. The property is in an ideal location, just a few minutes from Mirabilandia, Ravenna, and the seaside resorts. We will definitely come back. P.S. Excellent breakfast, all made by Maria.

Nice and clean B&B, close to Mirabilandia and the other parks near Ravenna. Extremely kind owner, very good sweet and salty breakfast. Maximum availability of the owner, very kind with the children. Clean room and equipped with everything. TV a bit old-fashioned but perfectly functional.

Small villa located near Mirabilandia, the owner of the bed & breakfast, Maria, is a very skilled lady in her work. Clean room, good breakfast. The villa also has a garden with games for children. Highly recommended!

A wonderful accommodation. Rich breakfast, customized according to visitors' wishes. A very kind owner who leaves no wish unfulfilled. Everything is made fresh and homemade. The rooms were very clean and practical, and we could sleep very well in the room with two adults and two children. The friendly owner and the great atmosphere made our holiday perfect.

Structure in the countryside very nice and welcoming. Very close to Mirabilandia and at the same time far from the confusion of the park. The owner Maria is very kind and friendly and above all a very good cook!

Mrs. Maria unique in her kind, hospitable, kind, accurate, in short, we could not ask for more. The breakfast was amazing with homemade brioches and piadine, as well as a delicious cake prepared as a surprise for my husband's birthday, complete with candles. All this without forgetting the ideal location to go to Mirabilandia, just 5 minutes by car from the B&B. We will definitely be back thank you thank you thank you.

During our stay we appreciated the convenience of the location (very close to Mirabilandia and zoo-safari), the tranquility and beauty of the place (in the countryside with a beautiful garden), the owner's great professionalism and friendliness (Maria), the sweet awakening with the sweets made by her (croissants, cakes, rolls, jams, etc.), the cleanliness and the excellent value for money. Definitely recommended!

What to say about the B&B Terra, Mare e... The extremely clean, fragrant, and extremely comfortable environment made us feel at home, and then there's Maria, the owner, a wonderful person, sunny, familiar we would say, very attentive to the needs of her guests and an excellent pastry chef, waking up in the morning to the smell of her exquisite swirls and croissants is magnificent! This will be our only point of reference for future stays in Ravenna (besides being very close to Mirabilandia, which is a bonus).

We stayed only one night at this magnificent property, as a base to go to Mirabilandia. We were treated very well by Mrs. Maria, who manages to satisfy even the strangest and most imaginative requests of the children. The room was very clean and the garden perfect even for those like us with a child and a little dog. Waking up with the smell of freshly baked cookies and cakes: wonderful. Surely, maybe to go to the sea we will come back. See you soon Mrs. Maria and a kiss from Cristian!

We spent a weekend at this B&B, and everything went well. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome from the only owner, who was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are fresh and practical, excellent cleanliness. In the morning, we found a rich and delicious homemade buffet. I heartily recommend everyone to try this B&B, I am sure you will not be disappointed. We will definitely return.

A relaxing weekend at 'Terra, mare e...' My husband and I, along with our dog, had a wonderful time, practically feeling at home. The room was very clean, tidy and a superb breakfast, very rich and very good, all homemade by the very kind Mrs. Maria. The B&B is surrounded by greenery and just a few minutes from the seaside resorts. Highly recommended!
