Absolutely recommended! First of all, Janet's welcome makes the difference and makes you feel very welcomed. Moreover, the entire structure is comfortable, beautiful, and clean! A refreshment area is also available for guests.

Everything perfect! Janet was very kind and welcoming even with the customer and 4 paws! I recommend the Boutique Rooms 3.0 to those who love tranquility and cleanliness. We will definitely come back.

Well-maintained and pleasant facility, located in a quiet area. The manager is kind and helpful, although not very present on the premises (as he manages several and must rotate between them). However, the experience is positive and I recommend it to those looking for a quiet place close to the center.

Quaint property with lovely courtyard. Janet was especially kind and helpful with all matters relating to our stay. Bed was comfortable and individual air conditioning unit in the room was fantastic. A lovely stay.

My son and I really enjoyed our visit to Ferrara, which has lots to see and do beyond our expectations. The accommodations were very centrally located, and we walked everywhere. Staff were very friendly, check-in and check-out went smoothly. The room was large, comfortable, and quiet. I appreciated the downstairs communal seating area with tea/coffee/wine available, as well as the outdoor space to sit. Also, could leave bags after check-out until time for the train. We hardly saw anyone while there, so very private. No breakfast provided, but there are lots of restaurants very close by. Definitely recommend Boutique Rooms 3.0, as well as the old center of the city of Ferrara where you feel like you are walking back in time.
