We stayed only two nights, but we had a great time. Lucia was a very helpful and professional host, the property is in a very quiet area and just steps from the center of Ferrara and a 10-minute walk to the train station. The room is equipped with all comforts and is very clean and tastefully decorated. The common room where you can prepare coffee and other hot drinks or heat up some dishes is well thought out. The property has been very well renovated, and it also has an internal courtyard where you can relax and sip coffee, making it very comfortable for the guest. Recommended! PS. If they reintroduced breakfast, it would be the best!

Renovated building in a small street close to the center of Ferrara. Ideal for walking around the city. They have paid private parking but with few spaces. There are parking options (blue stripes or multi-storey) within a short distance. Attention: the street is really small, I advise not to drive in as it is one-way and the exit is really narrow. From Piazza Sacrati (beginning of the street), it is a maximum of 200 meters and can be walked with luggage.

We were welcomed by lovely Lucia. The room was large and comfortable. Remember to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. There is a lovely coffee machine for breakfast. It would be nice if they had some milk since the machine has a lovely steamer. Everything else was very very lovely!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Boutique Rooms 3.0. The hosts are very kind and helpful, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, there is a kitchen and a lovely courtyard to enjoy and the location is perfect: right in the center and still extremely quiet. Well-maintained and pleasant facility, located in a quiet area. The manager is kind and helpful, although not very present on the premises (as he manages several and must rotate between them). My son and I really enjoyed our visit to Ferrara, which has lots to see and do beyond our expectations. The accommodations were very centrally located, and we walked everywhere. Staff were very friendly, check-in and check-out went smoothly. The room was large, comfortable, and quiet. I appreciated the downstairs communal seating area with tea/coffee/wine available, as well as the outdoor space to sit. Also, could leave bags after check-out until time for the train. We hardly saw anyone while there, so very private. No breakfast provided, but there are lots of restaurants very close by. Definitely recommend Boutique Rooms 3.0, as well as the old center of the city of Ferrara where you feel like you are walking back in time.
