For those seeking peace and relaxation, this is the right place. The property is nestled in the Emilian hills, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, where you can spend peaceful moments. The villa is cared for in every detail. From our arrival, the owner Paola and her husband made us feel at home and were very helpful with anything at any time. Our daughter fell in love with the pool and Freddy, their dog.

Family-run resort, managed by Mrs. Paola with the help of Freddy (a very nice and beautiful poodle). Care and hospitality make this place a tranquil oasis to recharge and an excellent base for very interesting excursions. Lovely heated pool, fantastic attic room. The best cappuccino and homemade jam you could ask for. See you soon Paola and Freddy!

We stayed one very stormy night in this gorgeous resort. We'd come for a concert in Sorrivoli (town and castle nearby) but the concert was cancelled last minute. Paolo suggested a great restaurant that was open on that Monday evening. I LOVE her taste, it was great! Our room had been upgraded when we got there which was a great surprise. Super comfortable mattress and pillows! We loved the vibe and relaxing colors in the room and the whole resort. Relaxing areas to sit outside or inside, plus a heated salt-water pool and sun loungers if you don't feel like going anywhere during the day. Breakfast the next day was a delight. A long table to connect with other guests, if you like (we love this) or single tables under the verandah. All breakfast ingredients from local farmers, fresh fruits, great eggs made to order plus homemade cakes and granola. Jams, cheeses and butter all local. She even had goats cheese which is much easier on my tummy! Oh and there's an adorable little doggy called Freddie. I'm not usually a dog fan. I am a Freddie-fan now ;) We will be back to explore more of Longiano and surroundings. The whole area was a huge surprise and the vibe of the people in general. Planning a get-away with a feeling of being among friends but still have your own space? Villa Paola is definitely your place. We can hardly wait for an excuse to come back. I'll invent one soon ;).

Charming structure with a spectacular view from the magnificent heated pool where one can relax in complete tranquility. Breakfast with very good local products! Paola and her husband welcomed us as if we were part of their family, giving us valuable advice for visiting the area... not to mention their little dog Fredi... adorable! Again, a big thank you for this wonderful week spent in your company.

It is like "coming home to paradise"! A park-like garden with a large, very tasteful stone house in an absolutely quiet location. The spots by the pool have a beautiful view over green hills to the sea. The hosts Paola and Fabrizio are the ideal version of hosts: attentive, friendly, helpful, and interested. The breakfast offers delicious local products and is individually and lovingly prepared. The rooms are tasteful, high quality, and architecturally very appealing! We will come back!

We had a very nice stay at Resort Villa Paola. The room was bright and clean, the bed very comfortable, good shower. There is a nice swimming pool, with robes and towels provided. Paola is extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast is home cooked and all fresh. Great cappuccino.
