It is in this April 2023 that the adventure and dream of Outlander Cottage begins, but in reality it was born much earlier in the hearts of Chiara and Valeria
The sharing of a space in the midst of nature, just a few steps from the centre of Bologna and the centre of Ferrara; the chance to rest in the midst of greenery, but also the chance to experiment, to brush up on one's intuition and create something new.
The union of art, music, nature, culture.
All this mixture of beauty offered as a proposal to the traveller, who is not just a wandering, fleeting holidaymaker, but a true 'contemporary nomad'.
We are fascinated by the idea of digital nomadism, which for several years now has become a stable and concrete reality in the world, timidly even in our country.
Our guest is a traveller who moves for work, for holidays, for pleasure, for discovery.
He loves nature, but also the art of making and know-how.
He loves sustainability and moves in ways that are not always conventional.
He loves finding himself inside himself on an inner journey, and at the same time loves friendliness and getting to know new realities.
It is because of all this feeling and much more that Chiara and Valeria decided to create a place where they could host, but in a certain sense also 'curè the guest, to try to bring back that condition of well-being that one feels in the intimacy of one's own home, far from home.
