The structure, entirely renewed in 2011, is placed on the first floor of an antique palace in the heart of the old town centre, in front of the Regio Theater and just a few steps from the monuments and the principal city attractions (Duomo, Battistero, Palazzo della Pilotta, Teatro Farnese, Piazza Garibaldi e University office).

Modern and welcoming structure, located in the center of Parma and convenient for reaching all parts of the city on foot. The added value is Mr. Massimo, a perfect manager, extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks to his suggestions, we visited places that are less known but that have enriched our stay.

Excellent location for Opera B&B which allows you to do everything on foot with a public parking nearby. Massimo is very friendly, attentive and had booked a restaurant frequented by locals: a nice discovery.

What can I say, the location is optimal. You can reach all points of interest in a few minutes. The manager is a polite and very helpful person, makes you feel at home. Clean structure! Fridge available (included).

Good option for Parma. Room a little on the small side but included a nice balcony overlooking a small courtyard. Great location and simply superb host who could not do enough for us.

Roberto, il proprietario, è accogliente e molto disponibile per richieste e suggerimenti.
Nella struttura a disposizione sempre frutta, bevande fresche e calde.

Hadn't realised till we arrived that the rooms were all off the kitchen area so it felt a bit like a bed-sitter in style. However, value for money was amazing, bed comfortable, shower great. Roberto is an absolute gentleman - he could not have been more helpful - picking us up from the station and brining in fresh fruit and croissants every morning. Take his advice about where to eat - it was spot on.

La struttura si trova proprio di fronte al Teatro Regio e in pieno centro storico, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni. Il gestore gentilissimo e disponibile. La colazione ottima. Io e mia figlia abbiamo trascorso una sola notte e ci siamo trovate benissimo. Le stanze pulitissime e molto silenziose, dato che la finestra dava sul cortile interno del palazzo. Non posso che dire bene. Se dovrò tornare a Parma mi rivolgerò di nuovo a Roberto. Grazie mille dell'accoglienza.

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. La struttura é pulita e accogliente e si trova al centro di Parma da cui è possibile raggiungere a piedi molti luoghi culturali. Risceglierei la struttura anche per merito della gentilezza del Signor Roberto, sempre disponibile a trovare una soluzione per fare stare bene chi pernotta nel suo B&B! Una coccola gradita é l’angolino allestito con distributore d’acqua, frigo con succhi, macchinetta caffè, frutta e da cui é possibile servirsi quando si gradisce. Ci sono addirittura a disposizione tanti ombrelli per le giornate di pioggia. Anche il letto è comodissimo. Voto totale 10.

Ho scelto e prenotato solo per caso questo B&B, grazie alla grande disponibilità dei proprietari Francesca e Roberto. E ora, dopo il soggiorno nella struttura Opera 11 durante questo fine settimana, non posso fare altro che una meritata e positivissima recensione.
La cortesia, la disponibilità, la pulizia e tutti gli altri servizi in generale, ci hanno soddisfatto pienamente.

Il B&B si trova in una posizione comoda: situato nel centro storico di Parma, si è vicinissimi a tutto, dal teatro Reggio, dal Duomo e dal Battistero fino a Piazza Garibaldi e a Piazza della Pilotta. Inoltre le camere sono molto belle e pulite, con un arredamento moderno e molto carino. C'è poi una buona colazione dove si può trovare qualsiasi cosa: brioche fresche di pasticceria, ogni tipo di dolci, frutta, yogurt, the caldo, caffè e cappuccino. Inoltre il proprietario è fantastico: molto simpatico e soprattutto molto disponibile! Il prezzo è meritatissimo, e se tornassi a Parma andrei li di sicuro!

Una struttura veramente perfetta in tutto.. dalla posizione centralissima.. l'eleganza delle camere la pulizia di queste e di tutti gli ambienti.. la colazione perfetta dove c'era tutto a tutte le ore della giornata.. il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. se ritorneremo a Parma non avrò dubbi su dove dormire.
