Our establishment is located in the heart of the historic center, just a stone's throw away from the main monuments.
It consists of two apartments, one above the other.
The first, on the raised floor, is a large one-bedroom apartment consisting of an entrance, a living room with a kitchenette where breakfast is served, a large bedroom (with a double bed, single bed, and sofa bed) separated from the living room by an anteroom and private bathroom. For this apartment, there are different housing options: double, triple, and quadruple room, IDEAL for families or groups.
On the upper floor, there is the second apartment, a large open space with a kitchenette, private bathroom, and double bed. This apartment also offers different housing solutions: single, double and possibly triple room.
Both apartments are equipped with autonomous air conditioning/heating, free WI-FI, TV with digital terrestrial.
For those arriving by car, there is a large, very cheap parking nearby (maximum rate 3-4€/24 hours and free on holidays), while for those arriving by train, a free shuttle service is available to the establishment.

A spacious, clean, quiet, well-equipped apartment. Breakfast consisted of packaged items that we do not eat, but it wasn't a big deal because we could buy fruit, etc., and the fridge was useful. For other people, the breakfast might be adequate perhaps.

Emplacement idéal, centre ville, tout proche du Théâtre.
Parking payant 'centre historiquè -Centro storico- correct en tarif 'long'.
Bravo pour la prise de contact et l'accueil car nous étions 'perdus'.
(ne pas tenter de rentrer en ville en voiture..petites ruelles et impasses)
Le petit déjeuner étant compris dans le tarif, je comprends que cela soit de l'épicerie sèche
(biscottes, gâteaux secs) merci pour le lait, les jus de fruits (extra:)) le beurre, l'eau minérale.
La machine à café ne me convient pas pour des raisons éthiques -dosettes en alu/plastique, je préfère le compostable-
Il y a un percolateur, donc parfait!

Casa dolce casa, un'oasi. Il signore Marcello è di una gentilezza infinita e Il monolocale era spazioso ed accogliente. Posizione fantastica! Praticamente in famiglia.

Ottima location, proprio centralissima, ma appartata, silenziosa e confortevole.
Siamo stati davvero bene qui. Il titolare è stato cortese, gentile e disponibile.
L'appartamento è davvero spazioso, non manca nulla.
Poi siamo stati sempre fuori. Suggerito.

Ottima posizione, più centrale non si può, posto ristrutturato deliziosamente, gestore puntuale ed efficiente. Ottimo, mi sento di consigliarlo vivamente.
