In a green, upscale and quiet area of Bologna, Casa Retrò is located, a late 1940s apartment, located on the raised floor and completely renovated in 2021, the subject of a conservative renovation. And so even in the complete renovation, we tried to maintain the style of the period, unlike the furnishings that combine modernity and antique pieces, giving the house a pleasant atmosphere of times gone by. Of this house, TWO DOUBLE BEDROOMS ARE AVAILABLE TO GUESTS, EACH WITH A PRIVATE BATHROOM. There is a step in each bathroom.

The property is located a 10-minute walk from the entrance of via Albertoni of the Sant'Orsola-Malpighi Hospital and the Margherita gardens, a 10-minute drive from the Bologna Fair. The area is well served, you can reach the center by bus, the stop is a few steps away, or even on foot in about 20 minutes. Nearby there are shops of various kinds (from the pharmacy to a local supermarket) where you can find everything you need to meet the needs of travelers.

At this particular moment, we kindly ask guests to contain water and energy waste. The heating is centralized and complies with current regulations (19-21°C). The room temperature is remotely controlled. Cooling is also remotely controlled, with a minimum temperature of 26°C, as required by regulations. Thank you for your valuable collaboration.

A really lovely place and the host Adriana is very kind and welcoming. There are only two rooms at Casa Retro, and therefore it’s quiet and possible to sleep at night. It’s about 25 minutes walk to the city walls and the neighborhood is quiet. So if you like to live in a local neighborhood and don’t mind a bit of walking to the city center this place is great.

Perfection! Adriana was a superb host, recommending a fantastic local restaurant, and even making reservations for us. She helped to arrange a taxi, who was a wonderful and kind gentleman. Her apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious and well decorated. The neighbourhood was safe and wonderful for walking. We were 2 couples travelling together so it was perfect to book both rooms and have the kitchen and sitting areas to ourselves. The breakfast was set beautifully and was spectacular! Adriana, I can't wait to come back and will recommend you to all of our friends. Thank you very much !!!! 10/10!

The B&B Casa Retrò is located just outside the walls. The center can be reached in ten minutes on foot, and you can leave your car on the street, for a fee, near the property. Adriana, who manages the B&B, is extremely kind and willing to meet the clients' requests, and she offers an abundant and varied breakfast. The cleanliness is impeccable! We stayed one night at Casa Retro, which is naturally very short. It was a wonderful experience. Casa Retro is located in a quiet green area, just a short walk from the city center. The spacious rooms are tastefully furnished with a lot of style. The breakfast had everything to start the day happily. The best part was the friendly welcome from Adriana, a lady of great class. The structure is very well-kept, clean, and welcoming. It is located in a very elegant and quiet neighborhood, close to the historic center, reachable with a pleasant 15-20 minute walk. It is possible to park the car on the street, in front of the residence, with reasonable rates and free of charge after 6 pm and on holidays. Mrs. Adriana is particularly hospitable, welcoming, and helpful, attentive to satisfy any need of her guests. The breakfast is excellent and varied. Absolutely positive experience.

Extremely positive experience. Pleasant, well-served and quiet area, beautiful and elegant building, brand new structure, very well furnished, with a large and bright room, well-kept spacious bathroom. Relativamente all'aria condizionata capisco che non sia comodissima la gestione da remoto ma l'alternativa era quella di non installare l aria condizionata per una questione di consumi e di attenersi alle normative vigenti. We stayed at Casa Retrò a few days ago and we were very happy with everything, the kindness of the owner, the room, the bathroom, the cleanliness of the premises, the proximity to the center of Bologna, the tranquility of the area, and we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Bologna without parking problems.

Excellent solution for those who need to stay near the center of Bologna without having to spend a fortune. Welcoming and tidy atmosphere, all necessary amenities are available, parking is very easily found nearby, and the owner is very kind and helpful. I will gladly return.

Super satisfied! In our short stay in Bologna, we had a great time at Casa Retrò. Cozy environment, recently renovated, very clean and well organized, in a very quiet and well-served area. Moreover, Mrs. Adriana is a wonderful person, very kind and hospitable, she made us feel very comfortable and made sure that everything was to our liking, also giving us some very useful tips for our travels. If I have to return to Bologna, I will definitely know where to stay: highly recommended!

The B&B Casa Retrò was a delightful discovery. Mrs. Adriana, who runs it, is very kind and always made herself super available for every need, attentive to details and truly friendly; a true hostess who knows how to take care of her guests. The property is completely renovated and cared for down to the smallest detail, it has every comfort and the stay is really pleasant. Excellent room, very comfortable bed, modern bathroom complete with necessary accessories, all very clean. The location is strategic: just outside the center alleys but very well connected with services. It was truly a nice weekend. When we return to Bologna we will definitely stay again at B&B Casa Retrò, not only for the high quality of service but also to meet again the kind Mrs. Adriana who manages it. Thank you again and, hopefully, see you soon!
