Situated in the La Vecchia area of Vezzano sul Crostolo, just 600 meters from State Road 63, the establishment offers a serene and tranquil stay in a beautifully natural setting.
Recently renovated, the B&B features a private apartment spread over two levels, perfect for accommodating up to 6 guests. The spaces include two double bedrooms, which can also be used as singles, a living room with a TV and two additional beds, a spacious bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, and a private garden. Additional amenities include reserved parking and complimentary WiFi.
The location is particularly favored by those looking to explore the surrounding area: the property is situated in a region of significant scenic beauty, within the UNESCO MAB Reserve, and allows for easy access to the high-speed train station in Reggio Emilia and the highway exit.
