The B&B benefits from the proximity of numerous amenities: we are fortunate enough to live in the province with all the conveniences of the city, perhaps even more!

Just a stone's throw from home, you will find a bank, a pharmacy, a supermarket, and the bus stop (lines 671-94-93-686) and train station (Bologna-Vignola line), as well as two public parks.

The Unipol Arena and the largest shopping park in northern Italy (Ikea, Carrefour Arcaplanet, Primark, Leroy Merlin) are also easily reachable on foot.

Arena Loft is located in Riale, a hamlet of the municipality of Zola Predosa, where 19,000 inhabitants are mainly distributed along the Bazzanese Road.

Our territory is very diverse: the flat part features a flourishing industrial area, the largest inhabited centers (Riale, Lavino, Ponte Ronca) are on the Bazzanese axis, while to the south you can admire the gentle hills covered with vineyards of the famous "Pignoletto dei Colli Bolognesi".

All very well: abundant and varied breakfast, very welcoming and detailed environment, the lady who welcomed us - the host's mother - very kind. The structure is in a very quiet and silent area, even at night, despite being only a 3-minute walk from the Arena Unipol (just take the underpass and you've arrived, but do not follow the Maps directions - wrong - but ask at check-in) and very close to various very large shopping centers. The center of Bologna can be reached by car in about twenty minutes.

The structure is amazing. Seen from the outside, you wouldn't expect the apartment to be so beautiful and clean. The lady was very kind and helpful, as she immediately provided us with all the necessary information. Very convenient is the availability of a private parking, and also the possibility to park the car in front of the structure. In this case, it must be said that the lady was very kind, as she gave us the opportunity to use the parking even during the entire day of departure. In conclusion, if we were to return to Bologna, we would have no doubts about which structure to choose! Highly recommended!

Everything perfect, the structure is brand new, modern, clean and cared for down to the smallest details. Truly top reception, you feel at home... also very welcome the wide choice of products for breakfast and more. Excellent location, a few steps from the Unipol Arena. I will definitely come back.

Accommodation located a few minutes walk from Arena Loft B&B and the train station. Ground floor, spacious living room with equipped kitchen and sleeping area. Very comfortable sofa beds, availability of various types of blankets. Bathroom with shower, bath products, towels, hairdryer. Fridge stocked with milk, fresh fruit, yogurt. Breakfast basket with single portions of Nutella and jam. Choice between tea, coffee and fruit juice, cookies, rusks. Very kind and helpful welcome. Clean and quiet structure. Price adequate for the area and service provided.

I stayed for one night at the Arena Loft B&B on the occasion of a concert at the Unipol Arena, reachable in a few minutes on foot. I highly recommend the property, not only for its excellent location, but also for the impeccable cleanliness and order, and for the availability of the owners, who always responded promptly to every request and welcomed us with great kindness (and also with a very welcome small gift). Another positive aspect that I appreciate highlighting is the attention to detail: two chocolates next to the bed to wish guests a good night, 10/10!

Cozy and very clean loft. Very close to the Unipol Arena and the regional railway. Essential loft, but with great attention to detail and, I repeat, very clean. The only flaw, if it can be called that, is the bed a bit hard and a slightly meager breakfast, to 'update': the packaged croissants were very hard, perhaps there for a while. For the rest, I will return immediately and would recommend it to anyone!

Very cute and very clean B&B, in urban style. The host is very kind, my mother welcomed me as the guy in charge was busy. He sent me all the information to reach it by email. The location near Arena Loft B&B is perfect for those who want to attend concerts (as in my case) but not only. Very fair price. Good breakfast with packaged products, lots of fresh fruit and drinks. I highly recommend it.

The room was very clean and nice but there was a problem with the hot water. When we returned from dinner on Saturday night, my husband took a shower first but the hot water was already cold! And I couldn't take a shower because there was no hot water! It might have been okay in summer but with this weather, it wasn't nice.

Pulizia, gentilezza dei gestori, tranquillità, struttura collocata in una zona molto comoda per quanto riguarda lo shopping ed in più colazione con una torta di mele fatta in casa di qualità eccellente. Da non perdere!

Sono stato davvero contento del mio soggiorno presso l'Arena Loft. Il gestore, Gabriel, è stato gentilissimo sin dal primo momento, mi ha aspettato all'uscita della stazione e mi ha condotto presso il Loft. Accoglienza perfetta. La struttura è nuovissima ed arredata con cura e gusto. E' disponibile un piano cottura molto ampio, dotato anche di fornelli ad induzione. Sono comprese le posate, i piatti, i bicchieri e le tazze. La cucina è fornita di ogni comfort, dal forno a microonde, alla lavastoviglie, al frigorifero. La colazione molto abbondante, con disposizione di marmellate, nutella, biscotti, frutta, latte, succhi di frutta, thè e caffè. La notte si dorme benissimo, molto comoda la lampada vicino al letto. L'esterno della struttura è curato in ogni particolare dai genitori di Gabriel, di fronte c'è un bellissimo giardino pieno di alberi. La zona è molto tranquilla e non si sentono rumori. La posizione è perfetta, in quanto si trova a pochi minuti da Casalecchio e a pochi passi dall'Unipol Arena. Un'esperienza sicuramente da ripetere e da consigliare, vista la passione dei proprietari di Arena Loft. Arrivederci a presto.

WEEK END SPORTIVO 10 E LODE Ho soggiornato in occasione della Final Four di Coppa Italia di pallavolo maschile. B&B pulito, tranquillo, ottima posizione per raggiungere a piedi l'Unipol Arena, ben arredato. Mi permetto solo di dare un suggerimento.. Manca un armadio, anche piccolo, per sistemare i vestiti. Per il resto direi che è arredato con tutto ciò che occorre. Se in futuro ricapiterò in zona ci tornerò sicuramente.

Struttura molto accogliente, nuova, ben arredata. I proprietari sono gentilissimi. La struttura, dotata di ogni comfort, si trova nei pressi di un supermercato, e a qualche centinaio di metri dal Palasport e dalla stazione Fs. Ritorneró sicuramente!

A pochi minuti dalla stazione e dall'Unipol Arena. Proprietari gentilissimi, presenti e più che disponibili. Lo consiglio: quando il concerto finisce e gli altri cercano le proprie auto nel parcheggio, tu sei già sotto le coperte. Fantastico.

This was a perfect flat for attending a concert at Unipol, a few minutes walk away. It was comfortable and spacious area with a nice yard and ammentities. The hosts were great at responding to communications and getting me settled in. There were was a selection of packaged items and fresh fruit for breakfast. I was able to arrange to have late check out available until noon. I’ll be staying here next time I go to a show at Unipol or do anything else in the Zola Predosa area.

Ottimo punto di appoggio per poter assistere ad un evento presso l’Unipol Arena, che si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti. B&B curato nei minimi dettagli, pulito ed accogliente. Il gestore estremamente disponibile e cordiale. Colazione abbondante anche con frutta fresca. Posizione silenziosa e tranquilla, vicino alle fermate dei bus e della stazione del treno che in poco più di 15 minuti raggiunge Bologna Centrale Super consigliato, grazie Gabriel per averci attese fino a tardo pomeriggio.

Abbiamo trascorso un fantastico weekend, la casa è ampia e ben arredata, pulizia impeccabile. La posizione è molto comoda, si è nella più totale tranquillità, servizi e mezzi pubblici non mancano e sono raggiungibili a piedi. La colazione è stata davvero piacevole e rilassante con una fantastica crostata fatta in casa. I gestori sono molto gentili e disponibili e ci hanno consigliato bellissimi posti sui colli Bolognesi da visitare. Consigliatissimo a tutti.
