Located in a strategic position for those who want to reach the Unipol Arena on foot (300 m) or visit Bologna (8 km) and its hills, "Arena Loft B&B" offers independent and comfortable accommodation. It has a kitchen and private facilities and overlooks a large garden available to guests for breakfast or simply relaxing at any time of the day: you will feel at home!
The area, very quiet, is well served by public transport: you can reach the center of Bologna in just 15 minutes by local train, whose stop is a 5-minute walk from the B&B.

The B&B benefits from the proximity of numerous amenities: we are fortunate enough to live in the province with all the conveniences of the city, perhaps even more!

Just a stone's throw from home, you will find a bank, a pharmacy, a supermarket, and the bus stop (lines 671-94-93-686) and train station (Bologna-Vignola line), as well as two public parks.

The Unipol Arena and the largest shopping park in northern Italy (Ikea, Carrefour Arcaplanet, Primark, Leroy Merlin) are also easily reachable on foot.

Arena Loft is located in Riale, a hamlet of the municipality of Zola Predosa, where 19,000 inhabitants are mainly distributed along the Bazzanese Road.

Our territory is very diverse: the flat part features a flourishing industrial area, the largest inhabited centers (Riale, Lavino, Ponte Ronca) are on the Bazzanese axis, while to the south you can admire the gentle hills covered with vineyards of the famous "Pignoletto dei Colli Bolognesi".

Apartment located on the ground floor of a very well-finished building. It is in a very convenient location for those who need to attend events held at the Unipol Arena, but it is also only 15 minutes from the center of Bologna. Good breakfast. Great experience, the B&B is in a strategic position. In 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Unipol Arena and the train station to go to Bologna, which passes about every half an hour. Everything very clean, spacious rooms and parking available even though it's a restricted traffic area. We will come back for the next concert!

All very well: abundant and varied breakfast, very welcoming and detailed environment, the lady who welcomed us - the host's mother - very kind. The structure is in a very quiet and silent area, even at night, despite being only a 3-minute walk from the Arena Unipol (just take the underpass and you've arrived, but do not follow the Maps directions - wrong - but ask at check-in) and very close to various very large shopping centers. The center of Bologna can be reached by car in about twenty minutes.

The structure is amazing. Seen from the outside, you wouldn't expect the apartment to be so beautiful and clean. The lady was very kind and helpful, as she immediately provided us with all the necessary information. Very convenient is the availability of a private parking, and also the possibility to park the car in front of the structure. In this case, it must be said that the lady was very kind, as she gave us the opportunity to use the parking even during the entire day of departure. In conclusion, if we were to return to Bologna, we would have no doubts about which structure to choose! Highly recommended!

I stayed for one night at the Arena Loft B&B on the occasion of a concert at the Unipol Arena, reachable in a few minutes on foot. I highly recommend the property, not only for its excellent location, but also for the impeccable cleanliness and order, and for the availability of the owners, who always responded promptly to every request and welcomed us with great kindness (and also with a very welcome small gift). Another positive aspect that I appreciate highlighting is the attention to detail: two chocolates next to the bed to wish guests a good night, 10/10!

Cozy and very clean loft. Very close to the Unipol Arena and the regional railway. Essential loft, but with great attention to detail and, I repeat, very clean. The only flaw, if it can be called that, is the bed a bit hard and a slightly meager breakfast, to 'update': the packaged croissants were very hard, perhaps there for a while. For the rest, I will return immediately and would recommend it to anyone!

Very cute and very clean B&B, in urban style. The host is very kind, my mother welcomed me as the guy in charge was busy. He sent me all the information to reach it by email. The location near Arena Loft B&B is perfect for those who want to attend concerts (as in my case) but not only. Very fair price. Good breakfast with packaged products, lots of fresh fruit and drinks. I highly recommend it.

The room was very clean and nice but there was a problem with the hot water. When we returned from dinner on Saturday night, my husband took a shower first but the hot water was already cold! And I couldn't take a shower because there was no hot water! It might have been okay in summer but with this weather, it wasn't nice.

I was truly happy with my stay at the Arena Loft B&B. The manager, Gabriel, was very kind from the very first moment, he waited for me at the station exit and took me to the Loft. Perfect welcome. The structure is brand new and tastefully furnished. There is a very large hob available, also equipped with induction hobs. Cutlery, plates, glasses, and cups are included. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort, from the microwave oven, to the dishwasher, to the refrigerator. The breakfast is very abundant, with a variety of jams, Nutella, biscuits, fruits, milk, fruit juices, tea, and coffee. The night's sleep is excellent, very comfortable the lamp next to the bed. The exterior of the structure is taken care of in every detail by Gabriel's parents, in front there is a beautiful garden full of trees. The area is very quiet and there are no noises. The location is perfect, as it is just a few minutes from Casalecchio and a short walk from the Unipol Arena. An experience definitely worth repeating and recommending, given the passion of the owners of Arena Loft. Goodbye soon.

SPORTY WEEKEND 10 AND PRAISE. I stayed on the occasion of the Final Four of the Italian Men's Volleyball Cup. Clean, quiet B&B, excellent location to reach the Unipol Arena on foot, well-furnished. I would just like to give a suggestion.. A wardrobe is missing, even a small one, to store clothes. For the rest, I would say it is furnished with everything you need. If I come back to the area in the future, I will definitely return.

This was a perfect flat for attending a concert at Unipol, a few minutes walk away. It was a comfortable and spacious area with a nice yard and amenities. The hosts were great at responding to communications and getting me settled in. There were a selection of packaged items and fresh fruit for breakfast. I was able to arrange to have late check out available until noon. I'll be staying here next time I go to a show at Unipol or do anything else in the Zola Predosa area.

Satisfactory location, especially if you attend events at Arena Loft B&B, Casalecchio di Reno. The manager is very kind and helpful. The environment is clean, well-kept, and quiet, the only problem is the beds are a bit uncomfortable and hard. Overall pleasant and comfortable, we will return!

Great base to attend an event at the Unipol Arena, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. B&B cared for in every detail, clean and welcoming. The manager extremely helpful and friendly. Abundant breakfast also with fresh fruit. Quiet and peaceful location, close to bus stops and the train station that reaches Bologna Centrale in just over 15 minutes. Highly recommended, thank you Gabriel for waiting for us until late afternoon.

We spent a fantastic weekend, the house is spacious and well furnished, impeccable cleanliness. The location is very convenient, you are in total tranquility, services and public transport are not lacking and are within walking distance. The breakfast was really pleasant and relaxing with a fantastic homemade pie. The hosts are very kind and helpful and have recommended beautiful places to visit on the Bolognese hills. Highly recommended to everyone.

We spent one night at the cozy Arena Loft B&B. The apartment was very clean, spacious, quiet, and perfect! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped, just like at home! The manager was truly friendly, nice, and helpful.
