Description
It is located just a few kilometers from the city center, only a 5-minute drive from the central station, very close to the Loris Malaguzzi Center, 10 minutes from the exhibition center and very close to Campovolo and Mapei Stadium.

The Antico Podere Bed and Breakfast is located on the second floor of a recently renovated house. It offers 3 modern bedrooms with private bathrooms, equipped with LCD TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and independent access from the main house.

We also have a newly renovated and furnished apartment located in an old milk processing booth, with a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom with the possibility of accommodating up to 5 people.

Small pets are allowed.

Languages spoken: Italian, English and French.

Ideal for skydivers thanks to the proximity to Campovolo, a good choice for business travelers as we are close to the ring road and the entrance to the motorway toll booth, and for those who need to stay for extended work periods.

For those who love the outdoors, Antico Podere is definitely the best choice because it is surrounded by fields where you can take beautiful walks, both on foot and by bike.

Area mid-centre
Located in the airport area, it can be easily reached by transportation. To get there from the train station, take bus number 3i82 from Piazzale Europa which is located behind the station. The stop is Gavassa Incrocio Via Koch. It's less than 300 meters from the stop to the Bed and Breakfast. From the Reggio Emilia highway exit, take the bypass road towards Modena Sassuolo and exit at the third exit (Gavassa/Campovolo) following the direction of Correggio Carpi. As soon as you see the sign for Gavassa, take the first small road on the right and you have arrived.

The structure is truly beautiful to look at, slightly isolated from the town gives the impression, even if well renovated, of a country farmhouse. For those, like us, who wanted to stay near Campovolo, it was an optimal accommodation. The assistance provided by the owners was attentive and caring. The room was spacious, bright and the bathroom spacious; remarkable cleanliness. The breakfast, although composed of single-portion foods of "industrial" production, was more than abundant. A place where I definitely plan to return whenever I happen to be in that area.

Highly recommended bed and breakfast, very clean, serious and professional owner, and maximum availability. The only advice I feel like giving to the owner is to change the bed frames and mattresses (especially singles) because they are a bit uncomfortable. Abundant breakfast and available from the early hours of the morning. Cozy and very familiar place, quiet location.

Cozy, clean and intimate, I felt at home! Great location, very close to the airport reachable on foot via a cycle path. Even our big dog was welcomed with open arms and found plenty of meadows around to run freely. The owners are extremely helpful! I recommend the B&B Antico Podere to everyone.

Excellent property in a quiet location near the highway and a few kilometers from the town center. The rooms are spacious as well as the bathroom. The spaces are tastefully furnished, the staff is kind and efficient.
