Description
In the splendid Villa Loreta, you will find four types of rooms: standard, economy, deluxe, and superior. Each room has its own unique features but also shares some common amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, private bathroom, flat-screen TV, two beds (with the possibility to add a third), and a balcony/terrace with a sea view. Additionally, we would like to remind our guests that there is always a private and free parking available directly at the Villa.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

Credit Card Guarantee: You may cancel your booking up to 150 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded
Deposit: The deposit paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Siamo state in questa struttura nella prima quindicina di agosto 2018 occupando le camere 6, 7, 8. Villa Loreta è situata in un'ottima posizione panoramica con vista mare nei pressi dei giardini Poseidon. Le camere sono ampie, ben arredate e confortevoli e si affacciano su una bella terrazza comune e attrezzata. La pulizia quotidiana è perfetta così come la cura del giardino. La colazione è straordinaria con prodotti genuini confezionati ogni giorno sia dolci che salati. Vorremmo sottolineare soprattutto, l'accoglienza, la cortesia e l'attenzione ai bisogni degli ospiti da parte del proprietario Vito e di tutto il suo staff. Grazie Vito per la squisita ospitalità. Ci auguriamo di poter tornare. Rosa, Daniela e Patrizia.

Ottima posizione, vicino al mare e alle terme di Poseidon. posto tranquillo, stanza pulitissima e impeccabile. munita di ogni confort..anche asciugacapelli professionale con beccuccio! Vito, il proprietario, è cortese, disponibile e aiuta ad organizzare il soggiorno con I suoi consigli. La colazione è abbondante e genuina..si passa da ogni sorta di dolce di ottima qualità alla frutta fresca, per finire col salato. Si nota subito quando il lavoro è passione..e la passione di Vito è la sua Villa Loreta. Complimenti a lui e al suo staff.

Il mio punteggio non poteva che essere ottimo! L'ospitalità e la professionalità di Vito e della sua "famiglia", il meraviglioso panorama con la sua vista mare e un tramonto spettacolare, la gustosa e variegata colazione, le camere super confortevoli e il posto strategico fanno di questa villa il luogo perfetto per trascorrere dei giorni di relax!
