- Parking: Located within the property, it is spacious enough for two medium-sized cars or one large car. An automatic gate provides easy access to the main road connecting the renowned towns of Amalfi and Positano.

- First floor: It features two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, overlooking a spacious terrace that offers breathtaking views.

- Second floor: You will find two more bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a modern open-plan kitchen, a cozy living room, and an additional service bathroom.

- Private cliff: Accessible via a staircase of 150 steps winding through the villa's lush gardens, this reserved area features sunbeds, umbrellas, and showers. It is perfect for water activities enthusiasts such as underwater fishing and diving, with a ladder allowing direct entry into the sea.
