Let yourself be captivated by magic of this place, of colours lost in time between sky and sea. We are located (Path of Lemons) on one of the most ancient parts of Maiori on the 'Divine Amalfi Coast', right behind Santa Maria a Mare's Church.

The 260 steps (steep staicase) will lead you to the historic path of 'Palazzo Cocò. The spectacular panoramic view and the warm hospitality will accompany you through the most relaxing journey. Just take a look from one of our balconies and you'll know that you are not dreaming. Our rooms have all the modern comforts, the furniture is typical of the Amalfi coast, featuring the famous maiolic tiles from Vietri we offers its guests a laundry service as well. Breakfast self service.

The hotel has positive and negative aspects that deserve to be highlighted. The view is truly incredible, but access is quite challenging, as it is necessary to climb more than 300 steps to reach the reception, which makes arrival and departure tiring. Inside the hotel there are also several steps to access the rooms and there is no elevator, which makes the stay less practical. The breakfast was good and Antonio was very helpful, but it would be better if items were available in a self-service format so that they would not need to be requested from him. In addition, breakfast started very late, which makes it difficult for those who wish to leave early to better enjoy the towns of the Amalfi Coast. Antonio was extremely friendly and attentive during our stay. He lent us hats to use at the beach and even sunscreen, which made a big difference on the trips. On one of the days we needed to have breakfast earlier and he kindly accommodated our request, showing care for the guests. The bed had a very soft mattress, which resulted in some sleepless nights. In addition, the shower enclosure was leaking, leaving the bathroom all wet, and the provided blanket caused an allergy, probably because it was not properly cleaned. Overall the view and Antonio's helpfulness were very positive points. The hotel's breakfast could be self-service so that guests feel more at ease, and the structure and maintenance need improvements to provide more comfort and practicality to guests.

Very lovely accommodation. Antonio was very attentive. Great view directly of the sea. Great breakfast. Unfortunately a bit noisy (dog upstairs?!). There are 180 steps to climb, but you have a great view over Maiori.

We LOVED our 6 night stay at Palazzo Coco!! Everything was perfect and amazing! This is the best place to enjoy the beautiful Amalfi Coast. Highly recommend walking the beautiful lemon path to Minori that is right next to the hotel. Antonio was amazing and picked us up at the ferry and carried my luggage up the steps to the hotel, I am soo grateful for the wonderful hospitality. I hope to stay here again one day! Thank you!

Had an amazing experience at Palazzo Coco, Antonio was a great and welcoming host and the room had sweeping views of the Amalfi coast. Whilst there are a lot of stairs to get up, it is absolutely worth it; this is the place to stay if you are visiting. 100% recommend!

During our 4 days at Palazzo Cocò, we were welcomed and pampered in every possible way. We will definitely recommend it to our friends. Palazzo Cocò is located on the Lemon Path that connects Maiori to Minori. There are a few steps to get there, but instead of suitcases, we took backpacks and had no problem. Furthermore, Maiori is the best location to visit the Amalfi Coast. We highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay. The host, Antonio, went out of his way to help us with the luggage up and down the stairs and was always available for us. The breakfast was beautiful and we ate it on the terrace every morning. The rooms were great. There is a small pool on the roof which we sat in most nights and took in the beautiful views, (which were out of this world), and even had a fireworks display when we were sitting in the pool. It was magical. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here when visiting the Amalfi Coast.

We really enjoyed our stay at the B&B Palazzo Cocò Sentiero dei Limoni. Antonio and the Cocò family made us (family of 4) feel very welcome from the start. The place is clean, central, has AC. Antonio cooks a lovely breakfast. We would prefer some fruits too - maybe just an idea for the future. We had access to the free WiFi, cold still and sparkling water all the time. Be prepared to enjoy the views while going up and down the stairs. It is a very tranquil place, with a family ethos and child friendly. We would love to come back, and if we do, we would choose again the same place to stay. Thank you once again to Antonio and family for making our stay a nice one 😊😎.

Structure that deserves to be used for various reasons: Suitable location for those who want to take the Path of Lemons from Maiori to Minori. Historical but well-renovated structure. Bonjour; salut, ce n'est pas dans mes habitudes de répondre aux avis, mais cette fois oui, parce que tu as touché mon âme, commençons par l'enregistrement ; vous avez eu la chambre 2 heures avant l'heure établie, vous avez immédiatement utilisé le jacuzzi, vous avez profité du service d'eau gratuit, vous avez eu un prix de chambre inférieur au prix saisonnier, (1 nuit le samedi au prix de 90,00 euros) cette saison le prix est presque le double. Vous avez demandé à prendre votre petit-déjeuner tôt, vous étiez pressé parce que vous deviez prendre le ferry, tu as mangé un croissant, des crêpes et un cappuccino, je ne t'ai pas fait d'omelette parce que tu étais pressé. êtes parti ailleurs sans l'avoir pris, vous avez payé le double et vous ne vous êtes pas plaint. Les clients aiment "Vous"Ils me donnent envie de faire respecter les horaires d'enregistrement et de petit-déjeuner et de ne fournir aucun service gratuitement. It is the best place in the world! In addition to having a helpful and very kind manager, Antonio helped us in every possible way, making our stay memorable. Fantastic hosts and incredible views, even the "cheapest" room on the property has literally unbeatable views. The room was clean and the beds/towels were done daily, and Antonio and his wife fed us breakfast daily. If we ever come back to the Amalfi coast, we'll be staying here.

Well-maintained structure, with colorful and functional furnishings. The owner Antonio is very friendly and helpful. Very abundant breakfast, with crepes and warm brioches every morning. The structure is particularly suitable for sporty people, as there are numerous steps to access the property. The center of Maiori is however reachable in 10-15 minutes on foot. The view from above of the coast is spectacular. Recommended!

What can I say, when you feel good in a place it's because things work together. Sometimes in facilities that have every aspect of excellence, you don't feel the same. At Palazzo Cocò we were fine! Maybe it's because you conquer it every time climbing the many steps that separate it from the sea, reaching the lemon path and enjoying that view. Maybe it's for Cocó's sincere hospitality, for the cleanliness and simplicity. We don't need special effects to feel a special place, as it was at Palazzo Cocó.

Excellent experience, beautiful, cozy and panoramic structure, exceptional welcome. The view of the coast was wonderful, worth every step of the ascent! We found everything we needed and Antonio was helpful on every front: from carrying luggage up and down the stairs, to finding a parking space, to using the washing machine. Highly recommended for those who do not settle for a mundane hotel or soulless apartment.

Strategic location to visit the Amalfi Coast. Excellent cleanliness and breakfast. The manager Antonio was very helpful, even acting as a porter to tackle the many steps.

I liked it very much there. Great view, unfortunately too many steps to the house, but it is the only negative thing there. Very friendly manager and his housekeeper Janna. She a jewel! She is doing everything with the heart, even if she has to work more, she fulfills all your wishes and she always ready to help whatever you need.

We stayed 3 nights in this fantastic Bed and Breakfast Palazzo Cocò Sentiero dei Limoni, a beautiful paradise between sea and mountains. The view from up here is simply magnificent! Not to be missed at all! It is worth mentioning the excellent service, thanks to the availability and kindness of Mr. Antonio who made us feel at home and also thanks to Gianna, a very sweet and kind person. We highly recommend this property, without being discouraged by the not at all tiring steps.

We had a beautiful stay at B&B Palazzo Cocò Sentiero dei Limoni. We were living in the sea view room with balcony. We would like to thank Antonio for his hospitality and friendliness. Moreover, and especially, we want to thank Ganna, who helped us with all the issues that arose during our stay on the Amalfi Coast. She was simply irreplaceable in making our stay comfortable. Cleanliness in the room was perfect. Highly recommend B&B Palazzo Cocò for your holiday.
