Description

The Bed and Breakfast "La Residenza" is located on the first floor of an old building from the late 1600s, in one of the most characteristic alleys of the historic city center.

The Bed and Breakfast is just a stone's throw away from all the most important offices and monuments of the city. It overlooks Corso Mazzini which is the main street where many shops, restaurants and bars can be found. In addition, it is very close to the Comunale Theater and the Politeama Theater.

We have 7 cozy rooms tastefully furnished with refined finishes that suit the elegance of the palace that hosts us.

I am a 75-year-old lady who, at the end of my working career, decided to accommodate tourists in my family's palace who would come to Catanzaro for various reasons. Thus, the B&B La Residenza de Nobili was born. This experience turned out to be surprisingly interesting as I got to meet and interact with many people, some of whom enriched me and offered me valuable advice.
