-Fresh pancakes: Freshly prepared and served hot, with your choice of toppings.
-Savory options: Platters of local cured meats (such as the traditional ventricina), local cheeses, and eggs.
-Baked goods: Warm croissants, fresh bread to toast, rusks, butter, honey, and jams.
-Espresso coffee: Italian coffee, cappuccino, fresh milk, a wide selection of teas, and fruit juices.
