Description
The Alba D'Abruzzo B&B is located in Alba Adriatica, just a few steps from the promenade, near a large and shady pine forest. Recently renovated, it is situated in the center of a quiet and pleasant residential area, offering a perfect combination of a family atmosphere and discretion. For many years, we have welcomed our guests as dear friends, and many of them truly become so, often returning to visit us.

The spacious and bright rooms of the Alba D'Abruzzo B&B are modern and comfortable, completely soundproofed. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower cabin.

Our Bed and Breakfast is suitable for both short stays and longer periods, for couples wishing to spend romantic moments in complete privacy, as well as for families with children seeking tranquility and comfort.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

Credit Card Guarantee: You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded
Deposit: The deposit paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable up to 10 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 2 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Ottima struttura per posizione e per qualità. Camere ben pulite. Non di grandi dimensioni ma perfette per B&B. Il personale è molto disponibile e gentile. Vicinanza alla spiaggia e al centro. Ottimo consigliatissimo!

Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati molto bene. Vicinissimi al mare e a negozi di tutti i generi, le camere sono state recentemente ristrutturate e sono confortevoli, pulite, spaziose e molto carine. La gestione è a conduzione familiare e sono tutti gentili e disponibili sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza.
