The Franchi family is pleased to welcome you in a cosy and well-kept structure with 9 rooms and 2 flats, all furnished with taste, simplicity and elegance, in an atmosphere of refined hospitality.
Guests will have the opportunity to discover, thanks to our advice and suggestions, routes and sites of interest.
To this end and to make your holiday as pleasant and relaxing as possible, all our guests will be given the "Dolomiti Paganella Guest Card" free of charge, which allows them to use numerous services, facilities and sports facilities in the tourist area at a reduced price.
Our structure is the ideal choice for families who want to find in the places of stay the comfort of their own home, for all those who are looking for peace and tranquility in close contact with nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
We provide our guests with two types of rooms with the possibility of a 3rd and 4th bed, private bathroom, parquet floor, balcony equipped with table and chairs, view of the lake or the Brenta Group (on the ground floor with direct access to the garden), bathroom with shower cubicle, hairdryer, courtesy set, safe, mirror, suitcase holder, mini-bar, telephone, satellite and smart TV, Wi-Fi, ample parking and a well-kept garden.

It was fabulous staying here! The hosts were so friendly and welcoming (even when we arrived unexpectedly at 1am!) The room was spotless and we were so close to the lake, it was amazing. Loved our hosts and their interest in us as we were there for a race. I would stay there again for sure!

Extremely great place to stay for active holidays. Everything inside is perfect - the house is cozy and the owners are very friendly. You can really feel like at home. And the surroundings...- that's just awesome! You can go by foot to the lake to enjoy the clean water. You can even go by foot into high mountains - Rifuggio Perotti and other well-known places in Dolomites. You can enjoy perfect mountain bike trails in the Paganella area. Perfect singletracks are very close to the hotel and even you can reach the La Paganella summit starting from the Garni Arnica (by bike). We have absolutely enjoyed our stay here.
