Spacious and comfortable apartment ideal for families or small groups, located in the center of the town, a stone's throw from the Leolandia amusement park and the UNESCO site of Crespi d'Adda, as well as the San Marco hospital in Zingonia. The proximity of the A4 motorway exit of Capriate allows fast connections both with Bergamo and with Milan and Monza.
The apartment is perfect for 3/4 people, but can accommodate up to 6 using the comfortable double sofa bed located in the living room.
The apartment consists of an entrance hall with large open kitchen and living room, hallway, double bedroom, another bedroom and a bathroom. It is located on the second and last floor of a building newly renovated in 2007 which overlooks Piazza Don Todeschini, where the war memorial is located, adjacent to the parish church. In the building there are 5 apartments including ours. On the ground floor there is a beautician shop and an ice cream shop which is very popular all year round. Less than 20 meters from the entrance of the building you can find a bar with a large outdoor space where you can have breakfast, enjoy delicious aperitifs or just simply have a coffee. On the other side of the square there is a bank, a pharmacy, another bar, a take-away pizzeria, some doctors' offices and the Brembate Town Hall.

If you are looking for a solution for your travels that allows you to live in close contact with nature and the territory, the culture and traditions of the place, or even just feel freer and "at home" compared to a traditional stay in other structures receptive, take a look at my proposal.
