Our establishment is a historic house from the early 1900s, partially preserved with its original features and partially recently renovated. It is located in a small countryside village at an elevation of 450 meters above sea level. It offers a fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding mountains, as well as the castles and terraced vineyards that define the area. From our location, there are countless trails leading to places of stunning natural beauty.

Gentile ospite, ci dispiace leggere che abbia trovato le camere fredde durante il suo soggiorno. Desideriamo tuttavia precisare che, al momento del vostro arrivo, la temperatura rilevata all'interno dell'appartamento era di circa 23 °C, una temperatura che riteniamo adeguata al comfort degli ambienti. Ricordiamo inoltre che il periodo del vostro soggiorno non coincideva con l'inizio della stagione di accensione degli impianti di riscaldamento, secondo le disposizioni vigenti. Ciò che ci dispiace maggiormente è che non ci abbiate mai segnalato alcun disagio relativo alla temperatura, né durante il soggiorno né alla partenza. Se fossimo stati informati, saremmo intervenuti immediatamente per aiutarvi e trovare una soluzione. Nella vostra camera erano presenti inoltre oltre al piumone nel letto, due nuove coperte molto pesanti. La soddisfazione dei nostri ospiti è per noi una priorità e siamo sempre disponibili ad ascoltare e risolvere eventuali difficoltà. Cordiali saluti, Elisabetta P.
