Just 10 minutes by car from Parma downtown, in the middle of the first Parma country side, only a few minutes by Fiere di Parma, the house offers a warms family atmosphere. With 3 spacious double king size rooms, each with private bathroom, TV, AC, you'll find your little family oasis, weather your stay is for business or pleasure. The ideal way to feel like at home. A spacious lounge area dedicate for breakfast in the morning, from 8. 00am to 10. 00am.

Il Conte Giacomo B&B allows guests to access the private family pool, normally reserved to the family and friends of the house. The access its complimentary for the guests but regulated and subject to normal safety requirements.

We enjoyed our little stop at this great B&B. The hosts are very friendly and the environment is great. Our daughter liked the pool and garden. We will book again for next year.

I strongly urge you to moderate the tone of your response, which also contains many inaccuracies. 1) The key to the front door was never handed to us (we only had the room key) and when we returned, we were locked out, in the middle of the night, for about 30 minutes trying several times to call and ring without receiving any response. Instead of apologizing, the manager accused us of losing the key... hence my reaction (definitely not a fish market) of a person unjustly accused. 2) We didn't even set foot in the pool... let alone extra hours. I assure you that if we had lost the key, I would have been the first to admit it and apologize... but that's not what happened. The manners and kindness were lacking on your part, not on ours... go find the key that surely is somewhere there. Best regards.

Gentile Signora, Già’ il termine in se’ e’ una contraddizione in quanto raramente abbiamo incontrato nella nostra lunga esperienza di piccolo B&b persone tanto maleducate. Detto questo ci dispiace non si sia trovata bene da noi e che non abbiamo incontrato le sue aspettative…. forse si aspettava di poter rimanere ospite in piscina oltre orario di icheck out forse si aspettava altre cose di cui non siamo a conoscenza, senza considerare che, la sua sfuriata tipo mercato del pesce , e’ stata assolutamente insensata ma soprattutto per causa vostra: avete perso voi la chiave di entrata.. se anche non fosse stato così’ bastava dare un colpo di telefono.

The farmhouse is located in the countryside of Parma, a 15-minute drive from the city center. Beautiful renovated structure with clean, spacious, and welcoming rooms. The managers were very kind and super helpful. Thanks again.

This B&B has the charm of the farmhouses of the Emilian countryside, even though it is close to the Fair and the communication routes, and both the rooms and the common areas are full of fascinating details. The manager is kind and helpful and the breakfast is truly rich and of high quality. Remember to bring your slippers if you want to use the family pool and ask for advice on restaurants and gourmet shops in the area. The price is in line with the level of the structure.

Ho soggiornato una notte in questo bellissimo B&B. Mi sono trovata molto bene in termini di pulizia, cortesia e disponibilità del proprietario. La colazione buona e abbondante, prevedeva torte fatte in casa, frutta fresca, croissant. Se dovessi tornare nei dintorni di Parma certamente tornerei qui! Consigliato!
