In the middle of the Gulf of Policastro, strategically positioned between the pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea, Maratea, and the island of Dino.
The B&B originates from the forty-year experience of the "historic" Nazionale Zimmer guesthouse.
It has 2 double rooms available (one with the possibility of a third bed), with en-suite bathroom, TV, minibar, breakfast in the garden, and private parking.
Very close to the sea, just a few steps from the Island of Dino with its spectacular caves; a few minutes away from the enchanting inlet of Castrocucco and the beautiful beaches of Maratea.
But the B&B is not just about the sea, the territory of Tortora is included in the Pollino National Park, where you can admire wild panoramas with the famous and almost unique "loricated pines" clinging to the cliffs.
After a nice visit to the nearby historic centers and their museums, what could be better than savoring the typical dishes of the delicious Calabrian cuisine with its fusilli, or the flavorful ravioli with ricotta and the famous Calabrian salami.

Excessive heat, too much noise from the street as we had to sleep with the windows open, there are no blinds so there was too much light at dawn, inadequate for 5 people.

Struttura semplice, ma pulita e accogliente; tutto in linea con quanto descritto dai proprietari. Colazione ottima. Massima disponibilità e cortesia. Ci è stato aggiunto un posto letto in una matrimoniale senza alcun costo. Gentilissimi e disponibili i proprietari. Poco distante da Maratea. Parcheggio in viale privato.

Stanza pulitissima, bagno grande, mancava il coperchio del water; asciugamani piccoli, mancava la tv, ci sono un pochino troppo zanzare senza aria condizionata pagato 70 euro una quadrupla senza neanche colazione ci voleva altri 20 euro, andato al bar 6 cornetti 3 cappuccini 1 succo 11 euro, uscita parcheggio pericolosissima non si vede ne a destra ne a sinistra.

Struttura facilmente raggiungibile, semplice ma ben tenuta, molto pulita ed ordinata. Il gestore è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Io e mio marito abbiamo alloggiato nella tavernetta: pulita, ariosa e freschissima. Devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa perché nelle località di mare mi è sempre capitato di trovare strutture poco pulite o tenute male. Sicuramente ci torneremo. Non ho dato voto alla colazione perché non l'abbiamo fatta (potevamo scegliere noi se farla o meno).
