Hello, my name is Antonio and I am the owner of the "Terrazze sul Mare" B&B. Together with my wife Ausilia, we manage the establishment.
The B&B is located in a stunning position, less than a kilometer from the sea and approximately 400 meters in a straight line.. Our rooms consist of an independent entrance, a double bedroom, and a living area with a sofa bed. Each room has a terrace or balcony, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view directly overlooking the sea, in complete tranquility and relaxation.
The rooms are located on the first and second floors.
Cars can be parked in a designated and fully fenced parking area within the establishment.

B&B in an excellent location,a 10-minute drive from Marina di Vasto. Spacious apartment with a sea-view terrace. Breakfast included with a hot or cold drink and a pastry. Ample space to park the car. I only suggest indicating the steep stairs to reach the apartments, especially to get to the second floor.

We stayed only one night but great structure, close to the city center and beach. You found a courtesy kit with soap, shower, shampoo, towels, washing machine, and refrigerator. Breakfast is 3 minutes by car at an affiliated bar.

We stayed for two days and we enjoyed our stay. The only drawback concerns the lack of an elevator because to access the first or second floor you have to use an external staircase; therefore, it is not ideal for people with mobility difficulties.

Unfortunately, I am forced to leave a negative review. Starting from the name indicated on the street, which is different from the one indicated on the website; then, there is no kitchen (as seen from the photos on the website), the power outlets are not securely fixed to the walls, with the risk of coming into contact with electricity, there are leaks from the bathroom sink and toilet, the staircase to access the apartment is very steep, even for those with no physical limitations, the same staircase is not up to standard, there are damp patches under the ceiling of the living room/kitchen area, although breakfast is included, the distance from the bar forces holidaymakers to use the car, furthermore, breakfast is limited to one drink and one item (croissant/pastry), finally, the payment balance could not be made by card, but only by providing the remaining amount in cash.
