Hello, my name is Antonio and I am the owner of the "Terrazze sul Mare" B&B. Together with my wife Ausilia, we manage the establishment.

The B&B is located in a stunning position, less than a kilometer from the sea and approximately 400 meters in a straight line..Our rooms consist of an independent entrance, a double bedroom, and a living area with a sofa bed. Each room has a terrace or balcony, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view directly overlooking the sea, in complete tranquility and relaxation.

The rooms are located on the first and second floors.

Cars can be parked in a designated and fully fenced parking area within the establishment.

We look forward to welcoming you.

Decidedly disappointing stay. Although we had notified in advance about the arrival of 10 guests and had accepted the sofa bed solution, the accommodation proved to be completely inadequate. The main problem was the stifling heat: the air conditioning system, besides being inefficient, was present only in the bedroom and did not cool the living area. The situation became so unbearable that two people were forced to leave in the middle of the night. I find it unacceptable that, despite full payment for five couples, minimum livability conditions were not guaranteed. I strongly discourage staying at this property, also due to the poor professionalism shown in handling the issue.

Very negative experience. We had informed the hosts that there would be 10 of us and accepted the accommodation with a sofa bed. The main problem was the heat. The air conditioning (not fully functioning) was only in the bedroom and did not reach the sofa bed area. The temperature was unbearable and two of us were forced to leave in the middle of the night. We consider this unacceptable because, having informed them in advance of the number of guests and having paid for five couples and ten people, the hosts should have provided a livable environment for everyone. We do not recommend this property, also because of how the situation was handled.

Unfortunately our experience was very negative. We had informed in advance that we would be 10 people and that it would be fine for two of us to sleep on the sofa bed. The real problem was the heat: the air conditioning was present only in the main room, where the main bed was located, and absolutely no air reached the sofa-bed area. The temperature was unbearable; we couldn't breathe or sleep. In the end, two of us were forced to leave in the middle of the night. We find it unacceptable that, despite having informed in advance of the number of guests and the planned sleeping arrangements, a livable environment for everyone was not guaranteed. Definitely a negative experience and a property we do not feel able to recommend.

Certainly a nice location with a truly scenic view of the coast. It is necessary to take a car to reach the sea, but you can get there in 5 minutes. The owners are very kind and helpful. Recommended.

Egreggio signore lei forse cercava una camerina stretta stretta e senza aria...purtroppo noi le abbiamo riservato un appartamentino con terrazzo, soggiorno, camera, aria condizionata e balconi sul mare mozzafiato oltre ad ogni confort... Per la colazione se mi avverte la prossima volta le faccio trovare un primo e secondo...visto che 3 cornetti latte caffè cappuccini succhi non sono stati sufficenti. Ed ancora ha chiesto di entrare 1 ora e mezza prima ed abbiamo fatto il possibile Qui il grazie è d'obbligo anche se lei è andato via senza neanche salutare. Buona vita.

B&B in an excellent location,a 10-minute drive from Marina di Vasto. Spacious apartment with a sea-view terrace. Breakfast included with a hot or cold drink and a pastry. Ample space to park the car. I only suggest indicating the steep stairs to reach the apartments, especially to get to the second floor.

We stayed for two days and we enjoyed our stay. The only drawback concerns the lack of an elevator because to access the first or second floor you have to use an external staircase; therefore, it is not ideal for people with mobility difficulties.
