Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out before 11:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable up to 14 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 1 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
Guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of any size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash
- A daily cost of 20 € is due per pet
- Pet damage deposit: 200.00 €
Other notes
Dear traveler, here we will leave some useful notes and a small regulation:
- At check out it will be mandatory to take away rubbish
- Please contact us at least one day before arrival
- We inform you that for the delivery of the keys the place will be the reception of the I Boboli complex which will be open until 7.00 pm. After this time we will leave an envelope with your name inside which you will have both keys and information with a map to find the apartment
