Modern new self-catering apartment located in a safe and nice area, not far from Florence University.

Street parking (unassigned) available in designated spaces for non-residents. Free car parking available at about 10 min. on foot from the apartment. The apartment is equipped with high-speed fiber WIFI, which is offered for free as an amenity; no refund will be due in case of malfunction or lack of connection.

The house features a spacious and bright living room with open kitchen (complete with microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.), two large double bedrooms, and a windowed bathroom with a shower. Please note: for 2 guests we prepare 1 double bedroom, for 3 or 4 guests we prepare also the second bedroom (if you prepare use the double room for a single use please ASK FOR THEM AT THE MOMENT OF RESERVATION, an extra-fee is requested, to pay in cash at the check-in).

Functional and modern furnishings equipped with every comfort: free high-speed wifi, TV, air conditioning with silver ion filters (available in summer), books and tourist guides, games and books for children, etc.

In winter, the apartment has centralized heating (set to temperatures and schedules according to current regulations).

The historic center and SMN station are easily accessible by bus and/or tram in about 15 minutes.

Children from 0 to 3 years old stay free in the baby cot (the extra bed is subject to a fee and costs 10/15 euros per day, depending on the period). The baby cot or extra bed must be requested at the time of booking.

Located on the first floor of a modern building with an elevator (no stairs to climb to access the apartment, except for one step at the entrance).

All kinds of shops are located nearby, with a bus to the historic center 100 meters from the apartment and the T1 tramway 400 meters away (in front of the Careggi Hospital), which connects to the SMN station in just a few minutes.

The Florence Rifredi train station is also within a 10-minute walk.

The Florence Peretola airport is well connected with the 2 lines of the T2 + T1 tramway.

To confirm the reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the stay amount is required, to be sent by bank transfer at least 3 days before the arrival date.

Note: the minimum stay varies depending on the time of year but is generally 4/5 nights; shorter stays - when possible - are subject to an extra charge. For stays longer than 1 week, the property reserves the right to request a damage deposit, refundable after departure upon verification of the apartment's condition.

Check-in by appointment only (min. 2 days in advance).

The tourist tax of the Municipality of Florence, as per current regulations, is not included in the rate and must be paid separately at check-in (the manager will then proceed to pay it to the relevant offices).
