Cuenta con 6 habitaciones, individuales y dobles, y está ubicada en el centro de Camposampiero, a pocos pasos de la estación de tren, la parada de autobús y el complejo hospitalario. Dispone de un aparcamiento privado con videovigilancia.

A pesar de estar en el corazón del pueblo y cerca de todos los servicios, la zona en la que se encuentra es tranquila y lejos del tráfico de la ciudad.

Casa Villa Rosa ofrece habitaciones en alquiler por períodos más o menos largos.

Tenemos seis habitaciones dobles, que también se pueden utilizar como individuales. Las habitaciones en alquiler están adaptadas para personas con discapacidad, ya que son de fácil acceso al estar en la planta baja y están equipadas con baño adaptado.

También hay dos habitaciones comunicadas entre sí, ideales para familias más numerosas.

Todas las habitaciones cuentan con baño privado, ducha, aire acondicionado, secador de pelo, nevera y televisión. El cambio de sábanas se realiza dos veces por semana y la limpieza de las habitaciones y desinfección del baño se realiza a diario.

No se admiten fumadores en el alojamiento.

Los huéspedes pueden entrar y salir de la casa sin restricciones de horario, tanto de día como de noche.

Casa Villa Rosa se encuentra cerca de la estación de tren y el hospital de Camposampiero, a pocos pasos de la plaza principal del pueblo.
