Villa de piedra rodeada de vegetación situada cerca de la estación de tren a unos 500mt. con la posibilidad de llegar con facilidad a las ciudades vecinas de Bari, Trani, Bisceglie. Además, gracias al paso subterráneo de la estación, puedes llegar a la calle principal de la ciudad de Molfetta llena de tiendas, bares y restaurantes. Cerca hay un supermercado y un bar bien surtido. Posición estratégica para llegar también al OUTLET, IPERCOOP ubicado a unos 2km, evitando el caos del tráfico de la ciudad.
