The bed and the breakfast could be improved.

Two perfect days, excellent friendliness and hospitality, thanks, see you next time.

We felt very comfortable with Roberto and his mother during the four days of our stay. We hope to return.

The B&B Il Leprotto is a welcoming, clean place in an excellent location. You can reach the center of Gubbio in 5 minutes by car. The breakfast is carefully prepared and good. The view from our room was priceless: mountains and nature. I recommend it for anyone who wants to make a short stay in this magnificent town. We felt very comfortable. Thank you.

Stayed for two nights. The hosts were very kind, the breakfast was excellent with homemade cakes and jams. So everything was for the best and it was a fantastic mini vacation that I will keep in my heart.

The structure is overall good, the managers are kind and helpful, the location is close to Gubbio. We do not give the maximum score because we found the room a bit cold and because of the very hard and uncomfortable mattress. Moreover, but we find this quite often when we travel, the use of decorative pillows and bedspreads that do not seem to have been changed between one guest and another.

The structure is well maintained, the bathroom was outside the room. Only an outdated bath towel was provided. Breakfast was served without the possibility of having a second serving of drinks due to the absence of the manager, who was only seen upon arrival and at the time of payment.

We stayed for only one night. We had a really good time. Fantastic owners.

The place is beautiful, the bed and breakfast is well cared for in every detail and welcoming. Excellent and abundant breakfast, everything is homemade, kindness and cordiality. Recommended. Thank you, Mrs. Ivana, see you soon.

I had the pleasure of staying for two nights at the B&B Il Leprotto. The experience was truly magnificent: comfortable and clean rooms, very helpful owners ready to respond to any information requests, and a breakfast with an excellent tart and donut. During our vacation, we had a small problem with the car, and both the lady and the neighbor, Mr. Giuseppe, went out of their way to ensure that we did not have any pit stops and could continue our days in Gubbio at our best. Furthermore, not to mention, excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Perfect welcome, delicious breakfast a stone's throw from Gubbio, magnificent city.

The structure is beautiful with a splendid room and its bathroom. The breakfast is excellent and abundant. The owners, mother and son, are of a unique availability, ready to make the stay unforgettable. Unfortunately, I stayed only one night, as I was doing the Way of Saint Francis with some stages to respect, but I believe I will return soon to this B&B to visit the wonderful Gubbio at a leisurely pace.

A nice place, too bad that it refuses payment with debit card.

Structure just outside Gubbio. Excellent and very quiet location. The lady who runs the bed and breakfast is very friendly and kind. The breakfast made up of cakes and biscuits homemade by her, was delicious. I highly recommend staying at this establishment.

Un incubo... Inizierei con il dire che il b&b non corrisponde alla descrizione: - il wifi non c'è - il riscaldamento non è autonomo: viene acceso e spento a piacimento della proprietaria (gli ultimi giorni di dicembre lo accendeva un'ora la mattina e un'ora il pomeriggio... l'abbiamo dovuta chiamare perché eravamo in camera con i cappelli) - l'acqua calda non arriva... anche qui abbiamo chiamato e ci è stato detto che c'è poca pressione (ho dovuto cercare un parrucchiere per fare uno shampoo per il veglione di capodanno e l'ultimo giorno non usciva per niente, quindi non ci siamo potuti lavare. - dopo notti in cui non riuscivamo a dormire per il letto scomodo abbiamo guardato che materasso ci fosse: nessun materasso, sotto le lenzuola abbiamo trovato quattro quadrati simili a cuscini da divano o coperte militari, tenuti insieme da una copertura simile a una tovaglia di plastica. Per non parlare poi della proprietaria che la prima mattina è venuta a sistemare la stanza (che di solito significa svuotare i cestini e rifare il letto se serve) e ha spostato le nostre cose riorganizzandole come meglio credeva: non trovavo più gli stivaletti perché li aveva chiusi nello sportello del comodino. Oltretutto la stanza è del tutto spoglia: non c'è un cestino in camera ma solo in bagno, il bagno non ha una mensolina o un mobiletto quindi per appoggiare le cose (es. trucchi) bisogna chiudere il wc e poggiarli lì... Altra problematica della stanza è la condensa (e come detto prima non è per il vapore della doccia) : la cassetta dell' acqua del wc e le pareti del bagno hanno perennemente la condensa quindi è sempre bagnato. La colazione viene servita in una stanza dove sono presenti due tavoli, quindi se sono occupati bisogna aspettare e la signora fa avanti e indietro tra casa sua (al piano di sotto) e la stanzetta per portare le cose: torte e ciambelloni fatti in casa, caffè, latte, succo e volendo anche thè caldo. Un altro appunto: non c'è un segnale che indichi la strada. Sul navigatore non è riportata la strada ma solo la via sovrastante e all'altezza della traversa per prendere la strada del b&b non c'è nemmeno un cartello che lo indichi.
