B&b “7 baci” (7 kisses) seems like an ancient jewel full of charme.

During your holiday here, you’ll enjoy a mixture of a treatment full of care and creativity, with the passion for cooking, very particular interior design, handcraft and contemporary art.

Completely restored B&B “7 baci” is at the third floor of an ancient palace in the historical centre of Perugia and from its rooms you can appreciate a very unique and unforgattable view of the green hills that surround the city and of the roofs of the acropolis.

The owner, Stefania, personally oversaw the restoration of forniture and lamps fuonded in the attic, in the little markets and by the second-hand dealers in Umbria.

Every room has got a double bed, a bathroom and is costumized to the special forniture and a careful lighting the result of the work of Stefania.

Ther i salso the possibilty to use on request of various activity including: coking classes, dinners, ceramic workshop….

The strategic and central position of B&B “7 baci” allows guests to move easily on foot and enjoy the creative atmosphere of the neighborhood of Via della Viola teeming with art workshops and craft of different kind: painting, comics, tailors, musical, juggling, creating toys, recycling and reuse materials, with a chance to follow courses for adults and children.

Along the same street there are tipical restaurants, pubs and wine bars and a fascinating essay cinema.

The choice of a vacation in a place like this one is sincerely recommended to those who loves beauty.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 30% not refundable
If cancellation occurs within 15 days before the check-in date, no further penalty is asked. In case of cancellations from 14 to 3 days before check-in date, cancellation penalty is 50% of total price. From 48 from the check-in date, and in case of no-show, cancellation penalty is 100% of total price.

A peculiarity of bb7baci is its rich breakfast, based on traditional recipes. Breakfast as usual is predominantly sweet.

Every morning Stefania offers a different cake, from the classical crostata to the British-style carrot cake, cookies with nuts or chocolate chips.

Organic jams, yogurt, fresh local ricotta, fruit juice, orange juice espresso, fruit salad and fresh fruit all chosen with care by Stefania that every morning buy fresh bread, pizzas and focaccia.

Fresh milk, coffee, tea and selected teas of all kinds.

Gluten free breakfast on request. e.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 150 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 70% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

La chambre est très agréable et les vues sur les toits superbes, la contrepartie étant qù'il y a plusieurs étages à monter avec les valises; pas à recommander pour les personnes manquant de souffle.

Stefania è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile, ci ha fornito ottime indicazioni per mangiare. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto degustare le sue colazioni, tanto decantare nelle recensioni pre-covid, chissà magari in futuro. Struttura tranquilla anche se in centro.

Eccellente BB in Perugia Centro, in via della Viola, il centro della movida perugina. Struttura molto ben tenuta, colazione con torte eccellenti preparate da Stefania. Molto consigliato, curato anche nei dettagli, vicino a due parcheggi molto comodi. Tornerò sicuramente alla prossima edizione di Umbria Jazz, e magari anche prima.

Ottima scelta per un weekend perugino. Ambienti curati e arredati in modo originale e piacevole, colazione ricca, variata e interamente biologica e naturale, panorama mozzafiato, silenzio rigenerante. In più la cordialità e simpatia di Stefania che ti fa sentire "di casa".

I'm Stefania; years ago I inherited the childhood home, a beautiful apartment on the third floor of an ancient building of the historical center. Despite the stairs with no lift, when you enter my house is still amazed by the breathtaking views and wonderful light that envelops and warms all rooms.

Despite my studies in business and economics, I’m cooking teacher: my passion for food and the stove like magic has become my job!
In 2012, with great courage, I decided to renovate the apartment and turn it into a bed and breakfast, my house shared with guests from all over the world! Staying at bb7baci means to enter the world of my passion for food, design, art, cinema, music, animals … in short, I love everything that excites me, that tells a story and that is beautiful in its own way. My guests are greeted with warmth and care; breakfast rich and colorful, embroidered linens, the rooms very nice furnished with furniture decorated by me, do the rest.
