Description

Welcome to Casa Anna, our vacation home located just 160 meters away from the beach "Spiaggia Praia" in Favignana. Our home is situated in a peaceful location in the historic center of the city, only 450 meters away from the main squares and approximately 800 meters from the hydrofoil dock. Casa Anna is a uniquely designed structure with a great attention to detail, an elegant residence that boasts originality in its style.

The surrounding area is rich in beauty and offers our guests the chance to experience it to the fullest with the valuable advice of our staff. Within the vicinity of our property, you will be able to explore monuments and places of interest to satisfy your desire for knowledge.

Our vacation home is perfect for families who love to travel and desire a home-like feel, for conferences and business trips, or for a dream vacation in a romantic and discreet setting. Casa Anna is divided into three separate zones with independent access and services that can be rented separately.

The first zone consists of two independent bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, a small terrace, and two bathrooms that can accommodate up to 7-8 people. One of the bedrooms is air-conditioned while the other has fans.

The second zone is perfect for 2-3 guests and offers a bedroom with a bathroom, a small fridge, a kettle, and a fan.

The third zone can accommodate 2-3 guests and consists of a bedroom, a kitchenette, a small terrace, and an air conditioner.

The price includes gas and electricity in zones with a kitchen, a refrigerator, and cutlery. You have the option to rent only a portion or the entire apartment.

Our home can host up to a maximum of 16 travelers, and our staff can fluently speak Italian and discreetly speak English and French.

We had a really good stay at Casa Anna. The little house is right in the center, with shops and everything you need just a short walk away, but at the same time in a quiet area away from the nightlife chaos. Also, only 150 metres away, there is the beach and the beautiful Sea Museum, a very pleasant convenience. The owners were friendly, kind and always helpful, making us feel immediately at ease. We left happy with our choice and eager to return to Favignana next year.

I stayed in Favignana and felt really great in this little house. The location is perfect: within a few minutes you can reach everything on foot, from the town center to the port, from restaurants to the Sea Museum, up to the beautiful Praia beach, which truly deserves a visit. Although so close to everything, the area is very quiet and in the evening you can rest in peace. The apartment was clean, welcoming, and well maintained, but what I will take with me above all is the kindness and helpfulness of the owners, always ready to give advice or help with a smile. Some time after the holiday, while watching Nolan's film L'Odissea at the cinema, those beautiful days in Favignana came back to my mind. It was moving to recognize some places I had visited, such as Bue Marino and the Castle of Santa Caterina, which can also be seen from the house. This memory made me want to leave this review and to relive, at least in memory, a holiday that has remained in my heart.

We had a really pleasant stay at Casa Anna. The property is impeccable, very clean and cared for in every detail. The owners were extremely kind, helpful and always ready to give useful tips to make the most of Favignana. The location is perfect: a few steps from the center, yet in a quiet area, ideal for reaching shops, restaurants, the port, the Plaia beach and the main attractions of the island. We stayed for 5 days at Casa Anna. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy, the room has all the essentials for a peaceful stay. The hosts are very kind, wonderful people. Just 2 steps from the center, in the evening if you want to go out, there’s no need to take any transport. We had a great time, if we were to go back to Favignana, I would choose Casa Anna again. Our experience at the property managed by Giuseppe was absolutely positive. Giuseppe has always been available from the start, promptly responding to our message on WhatsApp and personally welcoming us upon our arrival. The location of the property is excellent, just 5 minutes away from the port by transport or a 10-minute walk, and it is located in a central area that allows you to explore the island comfortably on foot or by renting bicycles or scooters nearby. The cleanliness of the property is excellent, and the owner offered us the opportunity to leave our luggage even after check-out, allowing us to enjoy the island without the burden of luggage. We hope to return soon.

This year we decided not to go far from home, choosing the beautiful island of Favignana. House and owners very welcoming and helpful. The house is decorated in a shabby style in an original and characteristic way and is very functional and spotless. There is a small terrace that can be used for dinner in the evening. The house is in the town center, and the squares can be reached on foot, but it is also in a very quiet area. Due to its layout, it is very cool even in areas where there is no air conditioning.

We stayed at Giuseppe's, very nice and well-kept accommodation, impeccable cleanliness, very kind owner. Our flight was in the evening and we could go to the beach even on the last day, because on the property there is an area available to guests where they can leave their luggage with the possibility of picking it up upon return. The house is in a great location, quiet a few minutes from the center.

Beautiful location, we had a great time, we spent a wonderful holiday on the beautiful Island of Favignana, everything matched what was proposed to us at the time of booking, some of the things we really appreciated were not having to share common areas with other guests, having a bathroom, fridge and kettle in the room, the privacy and courtesy of the owners always available. The island of Favignana is wonderful, I recommend Giuseppe's apartment for its location, situated in the center of Favignana, a few steps from the squares and the beach also for the impeccable cleanliness of the environment, it has everything necessary to spend a comfortable stay; we thank Giuseppe, who called us back to say goodbye the other day and who was very kind and helpful, allowed us to leave the luggage in the corridor until evening and this was helpful to us, because we also used the afternoon to experience the island. As I said to Giuseppe yesterday, we will happily return :).

We had a great time at Casa Anna, an unforgettable vacation. The house is close to everything, to Spiaggetta della Praia, only 90 meters to supermarkets, 150 meters to the squares where there is nightlife and about 300 meters away there's Giuseppe, who is really kind.

We had a really good time! Simple but very nice and well-kept and clean house, complete with everything, but above all quiet, away from the chaos of the shopping streets and restaurants, full of tourists, which can easily be reached on foot as they are: only 100 meters away the fabulous Praia beach and the sea museum and 250 meters away the main squares, where the nightlife takes place. Just what we were looking for! Also, the owner Giuseppe has always been nice, prompt, and helpful. Happy to have discovered the island of Favignana and its wonders in this way.
