Piedmontese farmhouse, renovated with eco-friendly parameters in 2005 while maintaining its characteristic. The spacious and bright lounge for breakfast and relaxation area is located on the ground floor. The garden area and children's play area, as well as private parking, are available to guests.

Our breakfast before the covid was served with the "buffet" mode on a very large single table, from this historical moment on, however, breakfast is served at the guests' table. The breakfast varies from sweet to savory, it can vary according to intolerances, allergies, diets previously reported and can vary according to the seasonality of the products. In addition to the common sweet and savory breakfast you can find numerous typical Piedmontese homemade desserts such as Bunet, Caritun, Langhe hazelnut cake, stuffed peaches, and much more. At our breakfasts we serve our fresh eggs from our hens, local cold cuts and cheeses, seasonal fruit, hot drinks, juices, various types of yogurt, typical Piedmontese dry biscuits, etc. etc.

My name is Giovanna Gambino I have been managing the Bed & Breakfast Edera for 16 years and I am happy about it.
I have 53 years 4 children, a little dog and a husband.
Piedmontese doc but with a universal spirit; I love people, I like being in touch with the world.
My motto is "bring out the good in each of us", and in my case I always try to do it.
My hobbies: running, mountain, cycling when time permits, cooking and tasting discovering innovative restaurants and drinking good quality wine. I like to visit exhibitions, historical sites, parks, go out for lunch with friends and take the time to dedicate to my children. I like the world of clothing, good taste in dressing and finding harmony, the right balance between what you are and what you want to demonstrate.
Time is running out but by organizing well you can be able to cultivate your passions, also carrying on a life in parallel with that of work and I do everything I can to make this really possible.
