Highly recommended B&B.

Good location close to the center. Our room was very small, as was the bathroom.

The B&B Marilù was our base for five days in Termoli and is a truly fantastic accommodation for cleanliness, the friendliness of the hosts, the location (both relative to the beach and the historic center) and value for money. We recommend a stay at this well-kept and very pleasant B&B to everyone!

I stayed at B&B Marilù with my boyfriend for a week in July. The hosts were very kind and understanding, both about my delay at check-in due to trains and in bringing us some extras we requested (kettle and different pillows), without asking for extra payment. They were also very nice to leave herbal teas and chips as a welcome snack. You can tell they run the place with passion and love, making us feel at home from the start. Right from the beginning, they told us where to go to best enjoy Termoli and where to eat, but they also answered our questions about which cities/villages to visit and what activities to do in the city during bad weather. The room is very spacious and definitely clean. There is a relatively new TV, and the entire room is in an ancient building in a central area, but the furniture and the interior finishes of the room seem very modern. The room also has a small balcony with lines for hanging clothes and two plastic chairs to enjoy the sea breeze. The only downside of the room is the bathroom: brand new, but with somewhat cramped spaces, especially for the bidet. The step to enter and the one in front of the sink are uncomfortable and, unfortunately, the door did not lock. Nothing serious, though; it just took a little getting used to, and it didn't cause major problems. Breakfast is taken in a bar very close to the B&B, with vouchers left in the room every morning after cleaning. Only one coffee item and one croissant (even filled) are included, but you can order more and pay the difference. So it is an Italian breakfast, but if you want, the bar also offers a savory breakfast (which will be paid extra). The room has always been cleaned carefully, the bathroom linen is changed daily while the bed linen every 4 days. Nearby the B&B, which is located in the non-historical center, there are shopping shops, restaurants, supermarkets, the central street, and the beach. The train station is 5 minutes away on foot, the port for the Tremiti islands is 10/15 minutes on foot, and the old town is 5/10 minutes. The only downside of the location is certainly being in a ZTL and, therefore, also the lack of reserved parking spots. You can park for a fee at the station or the port, but unfortunately on peak days (Saturday and Sunday in summer) it is difficult to find a spot, and you risk driving around for hours. All in all, it was a fantastic experience, highly recommended B&B if you want to stay in Termoli with an excellent price-quality ratio!

Charming B&B in the heart of Termoli, new, clean and tidy. Friendly reception from the staff. Optimal location to reach all places of interest including the port, beach, and old town. The room assigned to us was small, so suitable for short stays but included comforts such as air conditioning, a small balcony, and a minibar. The only small drawback is the height of the toilet and bidet area in the bathroom: if you are taller than 1.75m, you have to bend down or risk hitting your head despite the appropriate sign. The small bathroom window looks out onto the balcony of the adjacent room. That said, our experience was absolutely positive and we would recommend B&B Marilù to other visitors.

We stayed only one night but the experience was positive! Perfect location for the train station, port, historic center, and places to eat. Excellent cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. Good value for money. Recommended!

Cleanliness and location are top. Comfortable beds, the sink is a bit uncomfortable due to the step of the masonry furniture. However, I would recommend providing at least a couple of bottles of water in the fridge and a bathroom kit including shower gel. The breakfast at the bar is sufficient.

I was quite satisfied with the accommodation. Located in the beautiful city center. The staff is wonderful, the only negative note is that the breakfast is quite limited, otherwise everything is ok.

We stayed for three days. The structure is very nice and new. Daily cleaning is greatly appreciated. The managers are very kind and friendly. Very satisfied!

We spent six days in the annex. Central location, but absolutely quiet, very close to the colorful and panoramic village by the sea of Termoli and to the Svevo Castle, as well as to the port. Impeccable cleanliness and spacious accommodation. The owners are kind and helpful. The overall judgment is more than positive.

My wife and I had a great time, comfortable and clean place, located in the center of Termoli. We will definitely return and recommend it to friends.

Everything great from the structure to the kind availability of the manager.

Ideal location to visit the historic center, the sea, and the course. Luigi is a lovely person. Breakfast under agreement at a nearby bar, excellent and quality products. Parking nearby, both paid and free, the latter not easy to find.

Small room in a renovated historic building with steep access stairs. The room had a small balcony overlooking the street. Tiny bathroom with a low beam in the middle on which I hit my head at night. Breakfast at the bar with a croissant and juice because the coffee machine was broken. Convenient location to visit the historic center of Termoli; the promenade street is very close and also many restaurants. Useful for going to the ferries to Tremiti Islands. Kind and helpful staff.

Recent structure. Well-furnished room, high level of cleanliness, friendly and helpful managers.

The structure is located in a very central position. The room, beautiful, clean and very welcoming. Excellent value for money. But a great merit goes to the owner, very kind and always available. If I were to return to Termoli, I would choose this structure again.

The B&B is located in the pedestrian area of Termoli, near the main street of the city and a few hundred meters from the sea and the beautiful historic center. The rooms are equipped with every comfort, and the management is particularly welcoming. I stayed for only one night, but if I return to the area, I will certainly keep this B&B in mind.

Very kind and friendly managers, unfortunately the parking lots are a bit inconvenient but you are in the historic center.

We stayed at B&B Marilù for a few days, but it was a nice experience, like feeling at home on vacation. The owners are kind and helpful. Easy communication. It is conveniently located for services and the possibility to have a good breakfast at a nearby bar.

April 25th bridge, just the two of us. B&B located right in the city center, five minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes from the boarding point for Tremiti Islands. Politeness, availability, empathy from the owners. Extremely clean room, perfect for our needs, with all the necessary amenities. Mini fridge with two small bottles of fresh water upon arrival: a nice touch! Very soft and thick towels. Comfortable bed. A plus for the pillows! Really comfy. Excellent price. Highly recommended!

B&B Marilù is very clean and brand new, very spacious double room with fridge and air conditioning, but above all very kind and helpful staff. The B&B is right in the center of Termoli, in a limited traffic area (you can only reach it by car for loading/unloading luggage). Very close to the pedestrian street in the center with bars and restaurants and a supermarket. Termoli beach can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. Breakfast at the bar included. Highly recommended for a stay in Termoli!

Unfortunately, we could not enjoy breakfast because the bar opened late compared to the monster departure time.

It's not chauvinism but everything went very well and the manager is a very kind, helpful and very polite person (not obvious).

New place, clean, excellent services. Original ceilings rounded with exposed bricks. Unfortunately, since it was Monday, the bar where I was supposed to have breakfast was closed, but they offered me a refund... which I did not want. Upon departure, they offered me a bag with water and ginger cookies from the Melillo pastry shop. It truly deserves a score of 10.

Excellent choice for the central location, renovated and finely finished location in every detail, great hospitality from the owner Luigi who kindly gave us a series of tips on where to eat, shop, the historic center, and more. I highly recommend it, I would gladly return if the opportunity arises.

Nice and very clean room just a stone's throw from all the points of interest in Termoli, in 10 minutes on foot you can easily reach the embarkation point for the Tremiti Islands. Super helpful and friendly host. Recommended.

The only drawbacks are the steep and slippery stairs, so the inconvenience of the entrance ramp, and the uncomfortable step under the sink (double room).

It's a 10 out of 10. Really kind, very unique structure that makes it very beautiful, comfortable. Impeccable cleanliness. For breakfast, I had to give a low rating because I had a small problem with the affiliated bar that I hope only happened to me... but the B&B managers promptly apologized, addressing my discontent.

B&B very new and well-kept, central location, practically in a small square. This can be considered a positive aspect, but at the same time it can be a negative factor due to the loud music coming from the bars until late at night. For someone like me who has light sleep, it's not recommended. The bathroom could be uncomfortable due to its size, but you get used to it when staying for a few days. Breakfast is served at a nearby bar, juices are not included, only coffee or cappuccino and croissant or brioche. Excellent hospitality and very kind owner.

Well-furnished structure, very clean, located in the historic center of Termoli but still in a quiet area. Excellent welcome from the owners. Everything is within easy reach and the beach is also easily reachable with a few steps on foot. Some issues with the internet connection, unfortunately in the annex where we stayed there was no Wi-Fi and inside the room there were some signal problems. For breakfast, they rely on a pastry bar that makes excellent baked goods but has some service organization issues. All in all, however, a place that I would heartily recommend and where I would gladly return if I were to find myself in the area.

Completely renovated structure in the center, in a convenient position to reach the beaches and for evening walks. The owner is a very courteous and helpful guy for any information or need. Impeccable cleanliness and linen change, room equipped with every comfort.

Nice structure in the city center, clean and comfortable in a renovated historic building.

Very central location, 10 meters from the main street and close to all the most interesting places to visit in the city. Maximum availability from the management for any problem. We stayed not in high season, so at the same price they provided us with the largest room. We had breakfast at a cute affiliated bar, equipped with special vouchers from the property, just a few (very few) steps from the B&B. Warm and welcoming place with impeccable services. We will definitely come back.

We stayed at B&B Marilù from August 19, 2016, to August 29, 2016, and we had a great time. Excellent structure in the historic center, close to the sea, the port for boarding to Tremiti, and the Railway Station. The rooms are tastefully furnished, and the cleaning service is impeccable. I spent two beautiful weeks around Ferragosto at this cozy B&B Marilù, which I recommend. It is located in the center and very close to the beach, train station, train, bus, port, promenade, main street, old town, and much more. Excellent availability of the manager, cleanliness, spacious and well-equipped bathroom.

Beautiful B&B where you can spend a pleasant stay in Termoli. Excellent location right in the center and, at the same time, quiet for rest. Breakfast is served at an affiliated bar (croissants and cappuccino/coffee) but, in my opinion, it should have more choice in terms of quantity.

We had a beach and relaxation holiday in a very central location, close to the beaches and the promenade with shops. It's also very easy to reach the train station on foot. The cleanliness is excellent. The managers are kind and willing to provide all the information on what to visit and good advice on restaurants to eat at. Breakfast at an affiliated bar is excellent. Highly recommended, we hope to return soon!
