The location is particularly strategic for exploring the area: both the renowned spots of the Conero Riviera, such as Portonovo, Sirolo, and Numana, as well as the captivating inland villages like Recanati, Loreto, and Offagna can be reached in a short time. Nature lovers can discover the trails of Monte Conero or venture to the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi Regional Natural Park, famous for its spectacular caves and trekking paths.

The one-bedroom apartment, approximately 45 square meters with a private entrance within a reserved residential setting, has been recently renovated and is air-conditioned. The spaces are designed to comfortably host two people: upon entering, there is a bright open space with a living area, Smart TV, sofa bed, extendable dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals independently.
