The apartment is located in the residential area of ??Ancona called "Quartieri Nuovi", easily reachable from the A14 (Ancona SUD exit), near the Politecnica delle Marche, 7 minutes by car from the city center and the characteristic equipped city beach of Passetto with a lift to the sea and its characteristic caves. It is in a strategic position because it is well connected to the main roads that lead in a short time both to the beautiful hinterland (Recanati, Loreto, Offagna, just to name a few centers), and to the seaside resorts north and south of the city (Baia di Portonovo, Sirolo, Numana, Porto Recanati, Senigallia). For nature lovers, Monte Conero will amaze you with its naturalistic itineraries that can be covered on foot or by bicycle. Not too far away is the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi Regional Natural Park, with its wonderful caves and interesting routes for trekking lovers.

Our home, therefore, combining convenience, elegance and comfort, is proposed as an ideal choice for the itinerant tourist, who is driven by curiosity and the desire to visit more places and fully appreciate the beauty of this corner of the Marche. Therefore, even if the bus stop no. 46 (which takes you directly to the city center in 10 minutes via the highway) is located in front of the residential complex, we recommend using your own vehicle to fully enjoy the beauty of the area.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY
The two-room apartment of about 45 square meters inside and additional exclusive external courtyard has been recently renovated, is air conditioned and has an independent entrance within a residential complex.
It is ideal for being occupied by two people. At the entrance you will find an open space with living room, Smart TV, sofa bed, extendable dining table and kitchen equipped with everything you need to manage your meals in total freedom.
The double bedroom is furnished in a typically shabby chic style, and is equipped with a comfortable bed to help you rest, a large wardrobe and shoe rack.
The bathroom with window is complete with a comfortable shower and a washing machine.
The added value of the apartment is its fresh outdoor courtyard facing north, which is terraced and equipped with garden furniture that will allow you to enjoy meals outdoors or simply a bit of relaxation.
