What a great place to stay when visiting Rome. The room was super clean and comfortable, and the service was quick and spotless. When we had a question, they answered straight away. All the steps for checking in and out were practical, and everything was well organised.

We stayed for a short visit for a medical appointment at the Casa di Cura Santa Famiglia and were fortunate to find this B&B very close to it. Everything was positive, but I wanted to highlight Loris's availability and professionalism, very kind in providing us with all the information that could be useful. The B&B is very close to St. Peter's, in a lovely, quiet, clean area with all the useful amenities. We will definitely return, but as tourists this time. Thank you Loris, thanks again.

Very small room. The reservation was for no. 84 and they moved us to no. 126. It is just a room, with no common area, and there is no armchair (nor space) in the room to read or relax, etc. We will not return.

Beautiful location with aesthetically well-kept and functional rooms. I liked the furnishings, the excellent condition of the bathroom, including a bidet and a double shower, and the common area equipped with amenities such as a coffee machine, a vertical steam iron and a kettle. A kettle and a fridge were also present in the room along with a large TV. Loris was warm and impeccable even from a distance.

Organization of the structure and availability of the owner 10. Perfect room, very clean and equipped with every comfort, but really all of them! Air conditioning and coffee machine available, super-equipped bathroom in the room. The location is excellent: a few steps from the Vatican, from the tourist bus stop, to the shuttle stop to and from the airport. The quality-price ratio is excellent. I booked this room while traveling with another couple. We thought our rooms would be in the same building, but they were 2 buildings down the street. The balcony and corner room was very nice! It was a 10 minute walk to Vatican City.

It only saves itself for the excellent location and the availability and friendliness of the assistance via WhatsApp, from the moment of check-in, for the entire duration of the stay in case of need. For the rest: very old property, a bed that was a sofa bed opened (there is an abyssal difference) with a very hard mattress and very hard pillows (in addition to decorative cushions that smelled), the door of the apartment is nothing short of dilapidated. The people walking in the hallway seemed to be in the room with us, nonexistent sound insulation: someone from the staff started banging the lockers in the hallway early in the morning waking us up much earlier than expected. What a shame... but I do not recommend it and I would not choose it again.

I found a modern and very comfortable room in an apartment in a historic building with an elevator. The furnishings are modern and functional, and the bathroom is modern and pleasant. Every day there were coffee pods and herbal teas, and the staff were really welcoming, kind, and professional. The location is excellent, and the value for money is great. I had a really good time and I will definitely come back.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was small but comfortable and equipped with everything necessary. We also appreciated the towel change and daily cleaning. I spent four days, three nights, in a room with a hot tub for the anniversary with my partner. I was very well. The room was always clean, the location was perfect in the center, and the owner was always available and kind. Highly recommended, I would go back.

The room is fine for a two-night stay. You can hear a lot of noise from the adjacent rooms. The walls do not insulate the noise well.

Quiet neighborhood, comfortable room and bed. Some excessive nighttime noise, but I believe it is normal. Due to time constraints, the manager helped us with the quick arrangement of the luggage, finding it waiting for us in the room that evening. It's just a pity about the distance from the metro stops.

With my wife, it is the second time in 9 months that we have stayed at San Pietro Rooms 84. Loris is a nice person, competent and attentive to his customers. The location is wonderful: 10 minutes walk from Ottaviano metro and from San Pietro. A very quiet street parallel to Cola di Rienzo where there are plenty of shops and services. Everything is excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay at San Pietro Rooms 84. We were there for 4 nights (February 2024). The location couldn't have been more perfect, situated in a wonderful neighborhood with an abundance of charming eateries and cafes serving authentic Italian coffee. As a family traveling with two kids (aged 10 and 6), we love exploring the cities we visit on foot, and we were delighted to find that everything was within walking distance. Loris, our host, was exceptional in every way. He was readily available to assist with anything we needed and provided us with invaluable recommendations for local dining spots and coffee houses. The room itself was great, clean, and the beds were cozy. Also, there is daily cleaning service. I would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and will undoubtedly choose to stay here again on our next visit to Rome.

The manager, Loris, is always super helpful and ready to respond at any time. The rooms are modern and well-maintained. Unfortunately, sometimes impolite guests can happen as room neighbors, just like what happened to us. One flaw may be the plasterboard walls, through which everything can be heard. Despite this, overall, we had a good stay! I recommend it if you want to spend a few days in Rome.

The manager of our entire stay should receive 10,000 points. As we say in Argentina, he wore the number 10 shirt! A genius Loris, he advised and helped us in everything! Very professional.
